Husband got parasites and sent to hospital was sick for a week over eating a bad roll from here 🥴🤕😷

my friends and I had very nice dinner with an excellent food and ambience inside the restaurant. Mr. Alexis, the owner is very nice enough to explain about the food. Thank you also for Jaeden, our server.

12/20/2025 // Food was horrible, and manager (Laura) lacks customer service skills. Ordered food that had chicken in it, and the chicken tasted like sell-fish (shrimp). Chicken isn’t supposed to taste like that, I DO NOT want to get sick. Called to ask for my money back since we wont be eating the two plates, & it was barely touched it. Manager Laura, argued through a translator, someone else who spoke English since she wasn’t able to speak back to me. She stated that she can’t give us our money back and didn’t want to refund the meal that was left basically untouched. After arguing for over 10 minutes, she stated she will only give us store credit for one meal. ($9.99) Call ended, and she called me back 15 minutes later, once again, through a middle man who stated we had to go back and give them the two plates of food in order to get a credit of ONE MEAL LOL. They closed at 10pm via website, and they wanted us to be there by 11:00pm. We wouldn’t have made it in time as we live in the opposite side of town. Such a waist of time and horrible experience.

Delivery driver delivered my food to the wrong location, and when I asked if he could meet me halfway, he said he had left already.

Went to go pick up an order curb side and was waiting outside like an idiot. The whole time the order was ready. They never went to take it to me. I had to go in to get it.

Was enjoying my late night dinner, when I notice a HUGE COCKROACH RUNING TOWARDS ME. DISGUSTING! I let the waitress know, no apologies were made or anything and I didn’t even get to finish my dinner and nothing was done. Paid 60$ just to not finish my meal because of a ROACH!!!! horrible experience.
