They don't answer the phone to order takeout. It's a shame about the restaurant, the staff is very poor. They ALWAYS do the same thing.

Food is always amazing this is my wife and I’s favorite local establishment. However, I wish this business would get with the times and take membership coupons/offers like other local and chain restaurants/stores. I have been an AARP member for a while now and have never had a problem using my membership to get the offers available but today as I tried to use mine here the cashier told me the coupon couldn’t be real because they don’t take them. Please consider looking into this.

Disappointing Experience at Sweet Loring in Laredo, Texas
I visited Sweet Loring with my group on a recent evening, arriving at 8:30 pm. We were looking forward to enjoying their snacks and froyo ice cream. While the food was good, our experience was marred by the staff's decision to close earlier than stated online.
According to their website, Sweet Loring is supposed to close at 10:00 pm. However, the staff started closing up shop at 9:20 pm, despite our group still eating and wanting to refill our drinks. When we asked about the drink fountain, a staff member wearing a hat was rude and dismissive, stating that it was already turned off.
This was particularly frustrating since drinks were supposed to be unlimited, and we were still within the time frame when we should have been able to enjoy them. While we understand that food preparation takes time, it's unreasonable to expect customers to rush through their meal just because the staff wants to leave early.
Overall, our experience at Sweet Loring was disappointing due to the staff's inflexibility and lack of customer service. If you're planning to visit, be aware that they may close earlier than stated, and be prepared for a rushed experience.

Sweet Loring is a favorite of ours, their Wednesday deal is amazing and their food is fun yet delicious, it's a little more pricy but definitely worth it. Especially on Wednesday. The music is also super fun. Staff is Puro Español but if that's not a problem then this place will be perfect for you

a cute, quiet place to get some FroYo, ? ? and Burgers? ? Theres even Karaoke, ? ??? Downsides: some of the froyo machines were out of order, and it was quite liquidy. The texture was off? but the flavor was pretty decent! I'd come here again??

Online says they close at 10pm and when I got there with my family at 9:20pm the lady at the front said kitchen was already closed. I told her it was still early and she said again "NO, kitchen is closed". Really bad customer service. If they do not want to work they need to leave the job. Lazy people attending the business. Do not recommend for poor customer service.
