I went in excited to try this place with my family, but unfortunately, we left beyond disappointed. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 soups, and 2 chips—spending around $60. We decided not to order drinks since my daughter had her reusable Owala water bottle with her.
The owner actually sent a server over to tell us she wasn’t allowed to have her own water. Then asked if we had purchased a beverage, my husband had to take her water bottle back to the car. After spending $60 on food ( 3 ham and cheese sanwiches, 1 grill cheese, 1 cup broccoli soup , 1 cup tomatoe soup and 2 bags of lays ), it was very upsetting to be treated this way over a simple bottle of water.
We had been planning to order dessert afterward, but the experience completely ruined our visit. I would completely understand if my daughter had brought in outside food, but a reusable water bottle? That feels unreasonable, especially after we had already supported the business with a full meal order.
Sadly, we won’t be returning. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Horrible customer service
Best pastries in town and I had no idea they have the best bagels in town as well!! Highly recommend the mango cheesecake if you want something sweet and the turkey bagel is the best bagel you will ever have!!

HORRIBLE service, POOR attitude, & DREADFUL experience.

You can only place custom cake orders by Instagram (that’s what I was told by phone) I sent a message and was responded 3 hours later, which I understand they were probably busy. But after I was responded to, I was left on read. The next day I messaged them to let them know they left me on read and they responded back with “ It was 7:30pm… and i have a family! I do make note and respond as I am able the following business day! Our sincere apologies as we do not only have your message to respond to. Have a good day.” First of all, I did not send them a message at 7:30pm, I was responded to at that time. Second of all, it was 12:30 noon the following day and I was still not responded back to. I was detailed as much as possible (size, flavor, theme, date needed) as to what I wanted I just needed them to confirm if it was possible and their price.Their way of handling the issue was awful. My family and I loved their cupcakes and were frequent goers, but not anymore. Sadly, I believe their negative reviews must be true…
Best cupcakes hands down! Still pick them up when I’m in town☺️
*Disgusting and disappointing customer service*Couldn’t even pick up cupcakes because they were not ready by the said time. The situation could have been handled more professionally but instead was handled very immaturely and rude. Don’t expect to be gaining and keeping customers like this.
