I visited this Taco Bell and had one of the worst customer service experiences with host: Julio I’ve ever encountered. I ordered my a meal for $9.99, but the server overcharged ($14.91) me for my meal and did not even gave me drink which comes with meal. When I pointed it out, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they were dismissive and rude, stating that “this place is overpriced” as if that excused the mistake.
While I understand that prices can vary, being overcharged and receiving such an unprofessional response was unacceptable. I hope Taco Bell management addresses these kinds of issues, as it really impacts the overall experience. Will think twice before returning to this location.

Good food, excellent service but at mile 13 everything is very expensive because they have it classified as a tourist stop, poor truckers who have to spend a lot of money on food because there are not many options in this area.
I got exactly what I asked for, and a bit extra, on a custom order.
Bit of a wait for the food, but it was all made fresh for me.
