We just needed a snack before meeting the kids in a few hours. The food was good. A salsa bar with chips was very good. A notch or two higher than fast food or Taco Bell.

This location. Always takes forever 20-30 minute wait. Drive -thru order just for beans and cheese. Everyone always need to be pulled up to side. To the point where you can't move around.

One of the newer restaurant. Clean dining areas. I was pleasantly surprised at the in house made corn tortillas, they are delicious. Consistently great menudo, beans and fideo.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 tacos, pirata was cold,4 strips of fajita. Drive thru and lobby same thing always taking 20 to 30 minutes.

Oct 28th...waited 5 to 8 minutes in front of counter...waited for someone to take my order..lady who was on break had to get up from her time off to call somebody to take my order...nobody tended to front of store had to leave to take my business elsewhere...where are crew leaders or managers...

This review is based on multiple visits, mostly through the drive-thru. Every time, the experience has been disappointing. Orders take 20–30 minutes even when the app says they’re ready for pickup. Food is dry, lacks flavor, and feels low quality. Customer service is poor—staff are unorganized and show no compassion or concern when you voice issues. Orders are often wrong with zero quality control. The food doesn’t reflect the price. This location needs better management and kitchen productivity.

Terrible service on the drive-thru. They leave you waiting for 30 minutes or more for a chicken fajita plate. What's the point of the drive-thru then? They probably don't have good management.
