Very convenient ordering from the app. Last night, the dining area at TP was full but since I ordered ahead on the app, my order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Panchos were great and the super quesadilla with fajitas was awesome.

Overall, it's okay. The food is edible, but it's not top tier like the one in San Bernardo. I feel like the food, specifically the tortillas are under cooked and often cold and chewy. The tacos are skinny.
There is always a wait no matter what time it is. I understand they are busy but wow.

Place seemed to be very un organized employees looking lost and had customers parking on the street. Just felt very chaotic.
Had a terrible experience at the McPherson Taco Palenque. Our waiter, Diego, rudely tossed spoons onto the table and carelessly spilled food on my plate. When we raised the issue, he came back twice to confront and threaten us—standing over our table and challenging us aggressively. The manager had to physically remove him. Completely unacceptable behavior. We won’t be returning.

Horrible experience dining in, utensils and food was thrown at me on the table, went to go speak to a manager about it since the waiter was very rude on how he delivered the food to me, manager even tried calming the waiter down since he started to get roudy. never coming back to this TP’s again!

Great Service! the change they made to this new staff is amazing and overall great for both the restaurant and consumer. Had a pleasure of speaking to Irma, Lupita and Juan Angel and Lalo and I have to say I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed before. 5 stars!

When I was done eating and throw my food away in the trashcan, I seen a cockroach running away from the trashcan like a literally a cockroach and I was with my daughter. I was just glad she didn’t see it, but I will never return here again.

Taco Palenque has declined too much. Specifically, this branch has already placed my order wrong several times. I recently went to dinner at this branch and it not only took 30 minutes to give me the order. They gave me a bad time and the beans were thrown all over the food. When I spoke to the manager they did not want to give me my money back. $16 dollars for some enchiladas that they didn't even give me the way I asked for them and they weren't even that good. Please save your money.
