One of the best Pastor Tacos in Laredo. We've heard that this place was good so we decided to give it a try. We ordered Tacos al Pastor (my top), BistekQueso (my 2nd favorite), Taco Laredo (a mix of different meats, including sausage) and Alambre (this one was not as good as the others). Service was fast, and prices are accessible, definitely will come back.Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian option is the Quesadilla (without meat) and the salad (contains some chicken but maybe you can order on the side to just get the veggies)

Pretty quiet place and delicious food. They take a while to come back and see if you need anything but the food just makes up for it. The meat tastes great as if it were grilled outside.

New owners made changes to the way they used to cook the food. The pastor is now pork ground beef with pastor seasoning, the chicken that used to be there Signature is now also ground chicken. The corn tortillas get stale when they cool off in your plate as you are eating. The Ranchero beans are rinsed out ranch style beans, the Cilantro and onion they serve is mostly onion with one clove of cilantro. We have been custumers since it was called Tacos Giro and although its been thru several owners the taste had remained the same until now. We might have to kiss that place good bye..very very disappointed with the food the last 2 times that we have been there. Custumer service is great though!
Ordered it through Ubereats and it came suprisingly fast. Everything was delicious and can say that the pastor was the best ive had in Laredo. Loved the beans too they were super tasty, highly recommend.

Los tacos fueron increíbles, muy ricos. Y las mesaras estaban muy amables (especialmente por ser paciente conmigo con mi mal español Todavía estoy aprendiendo). Tiene un ambiente muy chido también.
