Usually I get the tacos or fajitas, but after trying the pechuga I had to leave a review about how great it was. Pechuga is tastier than other spots I’ve tried. Everything is made fresh to order. One of the best spots downtown.“

“Me gustan mucho sus tacos pero siempre que pido una orden para llevar me la entregan mal. Todas las veces que he ido al local de Santa Ursula se equivocan ya sea en las tortillas, la carne, la cantidad de tacos o simplemente me dan la orden de alguien más. Están perdiendo dinero, y muy probablemente clientes, al dar tacos de más o tener que rehacer órdenes por no poner atención.“

“Mr. Jesus and Ms. Maria are some amazing people. I wish I took pictures of my food, but it looked so good and smelled delicious I couldn’t resist and started eating. The tacos are bomb, hotdogs are so tasty, the burger is savory, and you definitely have to get some jalapeño poppers they are delectable!!! Every time we come to Laredo we always make a stop or four…. ? Maria’s tacos are open until midnight during the week and 4am on the weekends. An excellent stop after a night of drinking and dancing!“

“I’ve been to all the other taco trucks in Laredo and speedy tacos has to be the best food truck in town. Number one reason why it is the best Speedy’s tacos are not greasy but they are delicious. I’ve been coming down to South Texas for 30 years loading and chasing freight, and they are the best that I’ve ever found.“
