Guacataco of brisket/tripa and brisket/molleja was absolutely amazing! I’d highly recommend the molleja/brisket one. Papá asada with sausage and brisket was also very good. Poppers were kinda sad looking but tasted good! Will definitely come back and order.

I ordered the Gucataco combo (beans+drink) and two tacos mixo (two meats). The Guacataco is what they are known for and for good reason. It is good! All the food was well made, cooked, and seasoned. My only complaint was that the two tacos were a little expensive for what you get. The main reason is the size of the tacos. Those two mixo tacos were on small tortillas and came out to be more expensive than the Guacataco combo. So I recommend ordering a taco combo, but not individual...
