Teriyaki Madness

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, prompt service. I ordered the medium sized teriyaki chicken and 8 pot stickers. Everything was great. They have 3 size offerings on entrees, small, medium, and large. Large looked big enough for 2 people. You might want to ask for more teriyaki sauce, they give you a package with the sauce in it, I only got 1 with the medium order. Still everything was great.

Ordered pick-up from the site with a 10 minute ETA; staff were quick to let us know about delays as we arrived. The app charged us for extra sauce we didn't receive and it wasn't worth fighting over $1.50, but I'll make sure to just ask about that next time during pickup. They tie up to-go order bags so it's a but inconvenient to check the order once received. The staff are doing their best but it's clear the overhead corporate system is badly managed and predatory design.

The food was excellent. Came out quick. It was hot when I picked it up and it was delicious. Beef teriyaki bull was great.The gyoza was awesome.

Without getting into too much detail, I bought a chicken bowl, a steak bowl and some sides.. rice is not sticky, so it falls apart in your chopsticks.( asian rice sticks together in clumps) Good luck even if using a fork, they should give you a spoon. Side of noodles were good once you put them in your bowl with the sauce.. fried items hold way too much oil. Both proteins were very dry/overcooked BUT I genuinely believe the beef is similar to rehydrated beef jerky. I ordered to go, so I couldn't just grab more sauce. If you order to-go, you will need two teriyakis per large entree.
This was my first time there. I spent around $68 after a 20% tip. It's way too overpriced for the quality given.
However,
I'm giving you three stars because of the cashier, she was genuinely nice and engaged in pleasant conversation, while still working, otherwise, I'd probably give this fastfood one star, two stars at best.

And even though the meat is so thin, it's still tough and sometimes chewy.. I have a feeling it's a meat created using meat glue.

I will not eat here again.

The mad spicy tofu bowl is delicious! I was skeptical bc im not the biggest tofu fan mainly bc i don't like soft tofu. Their tofu is crispy on the outside which i like. 5 stars!!

I ate here on take out, and ate at home, when I took out the food, the soy sauce was sticking to the bag, and when I finally ate my steak bowl nothing was seasoned, not even the vegetables were good, I ate here when it first opened and honestly I won’t try it again, service was decent and wait time was around 20-25 mins and staff was okay, the food was horrible though. (Off topic, I saw the ads for this restaurant and it’s also horrible, please stop AI ads..)

First time here and well it didn't disappoint, food was made fresh and it was very tasty. I had the spicy teriyaki with fried rice and vegetables and it hit the spot.

Food was amazing, price was decent, and service was on point thanks to Jesus the manager on shift who was very well spoken and new the menu and pricing perfectly. Overall the experience was great and definitely will be coming back soon. I also love that they offer a 15% military and first responder discount.
