I love Texas Roadhouse, the food is great and big portions. It is a good steakhouse option. They open at 2:00 pm weekdays so the waiting lines can be long and take time to get seats.
The steak was tasty, but had to be sent back a few times, and then finally butterflied in order to get it to medium well. Why didn't they just butterfly it initially, rather than recooking several times. Aside from that, the service was good and staff was friendly. It's a loud restaurant. They could use some sound absorbing items to reduce noise. The sangria margarita was outstanding.
Great service and very attentive, my family and I always love to go because service is always great, Josh always stops by our table to make sure we are doing good and how our service is, not many places do they serve the way Texas Road house does.
