Ordered through the app, was still made to wait several minutes longer than expected. Then was told they ran out of Coca-Cola and had to refill the machine. More waiting and received a very watered down drink which was mostly carbonated water. Then after getting home, found they messed up the order and added everything we had specifically put in the app to have removed. Overall was very disappointed.

I stopped by the Wendy's on Saunders, ordered a salad, and went home.. I open the salad bowl just to realize my Cobb Salad was frozen.. the chicken pieces were warm, ut everything else was frozen.. Question??? What happens to lettuce when you freeze it.. it gets soggy and translucent.. I tried calling back multiple times, but like every single fast food place here in Laredo, they never answer the phone.. and I live too far to go back.. thank you for taking my money wendy..??♂️
