Very bad customer service. Ignored at the drive-through and then at the front window. I’m still here waiting at the window and they are ignoring me and they see me wow.

They didn’t want to take my order because they were cleaning 3.5 h before closing . I said that that’s not how it works never heard this before and said I was calling corporate they said it was my right and close the window.

We ordered food as soon as we got there, and we were gonna dine in, but the atmosphere of the place was horrible. I went with my girlfriend and 2 of the teen employees were just staring at my girlfriend in a very inappropriate manner. They made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable to the point where we didn’t even wanna wait for our food near them. Worst experience ever.

I've been to 3 different locations in the morning during the past week from between 7:00 and 8:30 AM, and even though it says it opens at 6:30, and there are people inside, the doors are locked and nobody will respond at the drive thru. I even tried to wave at people inside to ask them, but as soon as we make eye contact they turn away and pretend they don't see me. I'm guessing they aren't doing breakfast anymore.
Shout out April at the drive thru 10/6/25 7pm. Such a lousy attitude. Guess she was having a bad day.

Ordered dine-in and asked for sauces, but the staff ignored me — about five employees just looked at me and did nothing. One employee even asked the drive-thru lady to help me, and she refused, saying she couldn’t. Completely unprofessional and the worst service I’ve had at a Wendy’s.

Worst customer service of any Wendy's in Laredo. How do you run out of sauce for the nuggets? And when you do have it you expect customers to ask for it. Nah go to McDonald's next door

I’m writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the consistent issues at your Wendy’s location on San Bernardo in Laredo, Texas. What should be a quick and reliable experience has become an ongoing headache—this marks the fifth day in a row that something has gone wrong at this store.
Here’s a breakdown of what I’ve encountered:
• Day 1: The store was out of sodas.
• Day 2: The system was down due to updates, and no orders could be processed.
• Day 3: Once again, no sodas were available.
• Day 4: Shockingly, there were no burgers, no chicken, no Frostys, and the staff could only offer limited menu items.
• Today (Day 5): The store is not accepting credit or debit cards. While I was in the drive-thru attempting to place an order through the app (because like most people, I don’t carry cash), I was rudely told by an employee that I needed to move. There was no one behind me, and instead of showing patience or offering a solution, the employee was unhelpful and dismissive.
This level of service is not only unacceptable, it’s damaging to your brand. I’ve always chosen Wendy’s for the quality and consistency, but this location fails to deliver either.
I hope this message prompts a serious review of this store’s operations, staffing, and inventory management. Customers deserve better.

I placed a mobile order yesterday evening because I specifically wanted a baked potato. When I got to the window, I was told they were out, but there was no notice in the app or any warning ahead of time. I explained to the cashier that the baked potato was the whole reason I placed the order, but she walked away while I was still talking. About two minutes later, she came back and told me to park. I also ordered nuggets and requested BBQ sauce, but it wasn’t included. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I used the app to save time and avoid issues, but instead, I left frustrated. It would really help if the app showed real-time item availability and if communication at the window was more considerate.
They didnt answer the drive thru for 10 minutes. This is what your employee do every night!!!! Manager get on this!!
Whats the fking point of Mobile order if they dont have it ready once you get there😒 just got here to pick up an order & they parked me because they have to barely start on the order. I did the order more than 15 mins ago just so I can pick it up & go! Paid already I would understand if it wasn't paid yet🤦🏻♀️ smhh
