I rarely go to this specific Wendy's. Once a year maybe two. Each time I go I become very disappointed. This time was no different. The burgers were cold and stale. The fries were cold and soggy. Nuggets were ok but again they were cold. Nobody likes cold chili. No ketchup packets when specifically requested.
The service was horrible. I don't know how many minutes I had to wait at the register until someone went and asked if I needed anything. The wait time was long. The floors were dirty and contained wrappers and plastic bags.
The only good thing were the drinks which doesn't say very much.

Employees were not wearing gloves when handling food. Only employee who was wearing gloves was the cashier who was handling cash and packing orders. Food safety should be a priority.

I ordered regular nuggets in the drive thru for my 2 year old....then my girl started to cry because she bite into spicy nuggets, I even had a bite just to see how spicy it was and they were terrible... not cool Wendy's!

Came thru drive thru around 10:30pm since lobby was closed, ordered 2 baconator combos , we ate at the parking lot to find our food was cold, and fries smelled and tastes alot like old oil. We decided to eat in the parking lot instead of driving home to avoid the cold food, result was the same . No ketchcup inside bag atleast to have a better taste from old fries.

Terrible service, we went in to eat with my family and we asked the worker about the food and suddenly the manager started scolding them in front of the customers and that was terrible, apart from the fact that that bad-tempered lady looked bad, they should remove her from that store. Let him go and embarrass his workers where we don't see

Went for an after dinner dessert run for some Frosties! Service with a smile, good Frosty consistency. Just wish they had the strawberry flavor available.

Ugliest Wendy’s I’ve been too cashier didn’t even tell me there was no ice and the cokes taste horrible with no gas she only gave me a ranch no ketchup no barbecue and I didn’t even ask for ranch don’t recommend cashier has an ugly attitude
If it gave me the option to put negative stars,I would. They always mess up my order,and they give attitude. Suck big time. Don't waste your time or money with them

We went there for a quick snack, The food was still good, The fries and chilie are still delicious but their frostiest seemed to have shrunk .

We just left Wendy's on loop 20 and they got our whole order wrong. And their phone goes straight to a voicemail that isn't even set up yet. So I will have to go back to Wendy's to getnit taken care of.
