Disappointing Experience: Wendy's Pretzel Baconator ReviewThe Wendy's Pretzel Baconator was a letdown. The pretzel bun was dry and lacked flavor, the bacon was chewy and limp, and the cheese was barely noticeable. The overall burger lacked the usual juicy, flavorful punch of a Baconator. Considering the price, this sandwich fell far short of expectations and isn't worth trying again. Stick with the classic Baconator for a better experience at Wendy's.

The worst Wendays in all of Laredo. Food was cold, I brought it back in and asked them to make everything fresh and all they did was heat up my burger in the microwave and dump my fries and chicken nuggets back into the oil . They also never gave me my change or a receipt. I will never ever go back to this Wendy's. Y'all need to do better .

Went here yesterday, and the only greeting was from the maintenance guy. My wife and I stood at the counter at 11:30, looking at the breakfast menu. When I asked if they were still serving breakfast, another employee turned the menu around and walked away. We stood at the counter for another 5 minutes, and the employees saw and ignored us. We left without food and the number to the main supervisor. Will never return to this location.

Experiences are going down hill. Waited a long time in line, got cold food and tasted bad. Didn't feel well afterwards. The night manager needs more control of the business for quality.

Horrible service, they’re scanners weren’t working and we were unable to use one of our rewards from the app. I told the manager that this wasn’t our fault and she stated that it wasn’t theirs too and that she honor the rewards. Why ask us if we’re going to use the app when we place our order if you’re not going to honor the use of any of its rewards?

When I went in the store that day , the A/C was not working and those poor workers were still on the job . I salute them for being on the clock , but I felt terribly for the work condition they had to endure . Shame on the person who owns the business !

How 2 of their Laredo locations are doing, this week:.1. Neither gave me a receipt. (Tough to reach out to their customer care dept.)2. N McPherson location short-changed me change.3. N McPherson location gave me a soda 1” less than full.4. Del Mar location gave me a no Mayo or ketchup burger, when asked for a no lettuce or tomato burger.I guess at least the fries were kind of warm. Either way, my family of five (3 teens) will be staying away from Wendy’s for a while.
