Do not go through the drive through your order is guaranteed to be in complete, even when you ask them to verify your order. Then when you drive all the way back they replace the items and don’t even give apology or free desert as a gestures. Terrible service.

Food taste good BUT….
Shrinkflation at its worse. Food given to you does not look like the pictures at all. You can obviously tell that they’re making the hamburger buns and meat portions, smaller, and smaller. Fast food is a rip off now and you pay a high price for convenience. You can get a way better meal at a sitdown restaurant for the same price. It’s sad how these companies think they can get away with making this move. Not everybody is stupid. Won’t be buying fast food anymore.
Worker at this location, just automatically charged the large portion meal, never offered me a choice between the small medium or large .

Food is as good as any wendys, but the kid in the drive thru window does not speak a word of english, they ve already messed my orders twice recently, at least put some one that understands english. Its annoying to come home and find the order is wrong
I don't know if it's all Wendy's, but this one isn't any different. I know English and Spanish but somehow I always get an English speaker, they ask me what I would like to order THEN they'll say one moment. I wait a few minutes and a spanish speaker comes along and I have to repeat my whole order. When it comes to the food, it's decent. The wait isn't too bad, but I would wait longer for a fresh batch of anything getting fried. They often give stale fries and nuggets. Honestly, if it wasn't for my bf, I wouldn't order Wendy's.

I was in the damn store standing at the register waiting to be attended to. Not a single worker batted an eye. Ridiculous customer service.

Got told to park upfront for drinks..Just Drinks! It was 20mins before I had to go in and see my drinks just sitting there..the little rude ass manger made us move cause of his timer..would be easier to just give us our drinks..which were being made while we were at the window..crazy never again will I be going here

They aren’t giving the frosty with the Krabby Patty Meal. I even asked at the window and was told no. DO NOT GET THE KRABBY PATTY MEAL HERE. THEY DON’T GIVE YOU THE FROSTY EVEN IF YOU ASK.

Horrible experience with this place. They made a mistake of charging our card for the car waiting for food two spots in front of us. Not sure how they charged us their order if they had already been through the window and now waiting on food. Mistakes happen though, I get it. They lady would not speak English for me to understand what was happening, despite it being MY card used, my husband had to talk with her so I was missing what was happening until he could explain it to me later. She kept confusing the cards up on who to charge and who to refund and just left with our card for the longest time( NOT OKAY). After nearly being there a half hour and having to be charged AGAIN for our food I looked at the receipts to see what the difference in charge was for her to make such a big deal. 2.32!!!!!!!!! That was IT! I’ve worked fast food as management and that would not have been something I would have put back on the customer. It would have been my responsibility as manager to take this hit. My employees and their mistakes are a reflection of my management skills, and yes mistakes do happen, messing with a customers money/time for less than THREE dollars is not what any good manager would think to do. This place clearly needs better training in these situations. I was not happy such a big ordeal came out of less than 3 dollars and even more so not happy I was unable to understand what was happening, especially when the requirement to work here is to be able to speak both English and Spanish. The service at front was great staff , they renovated the restaurant ... but have the same issues ... flat soda ... no ice .... small portions for your money ... after months of not coming and come back to the same issues its sad because the brand was great.
