I was in the damn store standing at the register waiting to be attended to. Not a single worker batted an eye. Ridiculous customer service.

Got told to park upfront for drinks..Just Drinks! It was 20mins before I had to go in and see my drinks just sitting there..the little rude ass manger made us move cause of his timer..would be easier to just give us our drinks..which were being made while we were at the window..crazy never again will I be going here

They aren’t giving the frosty with the Krabby Patty Meal. I even asked at the window and was told no. DO NOT GET THE KRABBY PATTY MEAL HERE. THEY DON’T GIVE YOU THE FROSTY EVEN IF YOU ASK.

Horrible experience with this place. They made a mistake of charging our card for the car waiting for food two spots in front of us. Not sure how they charged us their order if they had already been through the window and now waiting on food. Mistakes happen though, I get it. They lady would not speak English for me to understand what was happening, despite it being MY card used, my husband had to talk with her so I was missing what was happening until he could explain it to me later. She kept confusing the cards up on who to charge and who to refund and just left with our card for the longest time( NOT OKAY). After nearly being there a half hour and having to be charged AGAIN for our food I looked at the receipts to see what the difference in charge was for her to make such a big deal. 2.32!!!!!!!!! That was IT! I’ve worked fast food as management and that would not have been something I would have put back on the customer. It would have been my responsibility as manager to take this hit. My employees and their mistakes are a reflection of my management skills, and yes mistakes do happen, messing with a customers money/time for less than THREE dollars is not what any good manager would think to do. This place clearly needs better training in these situations. I was not happy such a big ordeal came out of less than 3 dollars and even more so not happy I was unable to understand what was happening, especially when the requirement to work here is to be able to speak both English and Spanish. The service at front was great staff , they renovated the restaurant ... but have the same issues ... flat soda ... no ice .... small portions for your money ... after months of not coming and come back to the same issues its sad because the brand was great.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant because I hardly come to Wendy’s and when I did I got the Crispy Chicken BLT and it was so hard to bite into that I ended up eating only my fries. I paid $15 for two meals but I had to end up eating fries on my meal. It’s so unfair that you get home after a long day at work and you expect to eat a hot and delicious meal and I get a hard chicken sándwich. Never again going there.

Sophoa tello is no longer there so I'm never coming back to this Wendy's again. The people there are weird and take too long to give the order and they're just standing there talking

I’ve officially had it with this location. First my fries are sooo cold!! The nuggets seemed like they were there for whole day, basically unedible. The sand-which chicken was as well for some reason soggy like underneath where there is literally no sauce like why is it soggy and than ur not gonna believe this I ordered a queso that lady offered and look at the photos!! There was something inside of it when I called they said it might be a peice of bacon which quote on quote “fell in” who in the world are the people running this store???I called to get maybe a fresh order at best and the manager said no!!! I than asked for the GM number and he said he can’t give it to me???? This is insane… it was my worst experience yet…. This manager is something else, never experienced something like that in my life… I feel horrible spending $16 on food that is not edible.
