The manager and workers here were very kind to me. After a long day, and not being able to see (forgot my glasses), they patiently waited for me and helped me decide on what to order. Genuine customer service that I don’t see too often. Kindness goes a long way - thank you Whataburger team.

What a disaster! Brayan D was the cashier? I clearly ordered a number 5, the bacon cheeseburger. And when I got home, I realized They had not given me my drink. I went back and got the drink, and then I came home and I bit into the burger and there was no bacon. Huge disappointment! I don't know how you can confuse a number one with the number 5. I read the receipt. Not only was the food cold, but it was the wrong order. And the burger was all smashed, the fries were cold by then.
