I didn’t get my food. Morning manager made no help. Lost my rewards. Today I made an online curbside order. After arrival around 5/6 minutes later manager comes outs asked what my order was. I showed the order with the time and I allowed her to take my phone. She comes outs and tells me my order is ready and will be out shortly. I always come to this whataburgar and the food is great but the staff is normally very…unhappy to be working. I work retail/cashier so I understand how draining it can be to work with so many people on a daily basis, so it was SO REFRESHING to have Ashley at the drive through window! She was so bubbly and sweet and EXTREMELY POLITE!! She should be the standard for customer service and guest engagement 100%!!
Although its an older building I am impressed of the cleanliness! Superb! Restaurant floors and tables were sparkling clean. I used the ladies restroom: toilet extremely clean, no tp on floor, hand soap full! Very impressed! Well done! I will return soon :)
