Went in this morning and got an employee with a really bad attitude. The food they gave me was cold. I told the manager about it and didn’t even offer to make it again. I turned around and someone said I would have eaten it cold. Well that’s you not me. This has been the only whataburger store with very bad service. Never returning to this store.

Ordered a the “buffalo ranch” chicken strip sandwich but I got this. Only ranch hardly any buffalo on the buffalo ranch sandwich. Was told to bring back the sandwich to get another one after getting home to this. Bad customer service from manager Mac for the wanting a customer to bring back the original sandwich so they can make it ”right”. Been offered better customer service at other locations.

Food taste great, Whataburger has always been number one

What is disappointing is just like all the other businesses like McDonald’s and Wendy’s they are applying Shrinkflation to their products. It is obvious that some of the menu items they are making the buns and the meat portions smaller. It is very deceiving to the pictures that they advertise.

Honestly, the food is always good. However, that doesn't mean the order is right. They sometimes forget or give me a completely different order. I don't know if it's because a good number of their young employees always seem down and give the vibe that they don't want to be there. They are not rude, but you can tell they don't want to be at work. Either way, the food is good, 98% of the time fresh. I would assume it would be most of the time considering the long wait through the drive thru (busy hours).

Also, when someone asks for grilled chicken patties and lettuce separate, this is what they mean. That way the lettuce isn't soggy. But thanks for my soggy lettuce.

Great food and clean establishment until an unfriendly encounter with "Orlinda"

I love this Whataburger location because it’s so close to home and the food is great. But on February 6th, 2025, around 3:00 PM, I had a bit of a frustrating experience. As I approached the drive-thru to inquire about getting a free Monterey Melt with a purchase of fries and a drink. The lady took a deep breath and said, "You have to order it through the app," I was confused, so then I asked if it needed to be an online order, and she gasps again and replied, "just show me the barcode." Her responses were blatantly hesitant as this was confusing for me since I'm not familiar with ordering online or using apps.

I also asked if the onions could be removed, but she told me the burger already comes that way. When I reached the window to get some help, I was left hanging with my phone out, while she took another customer's order.

It’s disheartening that the employee "Orlinda" seems unfriendly towards new users of the app. I brought it up to a lady in a white button-down shirt expressing my concerns, and I trust that this issue it gets addressed.
