You all need to clean up the coke machine or water its not the first time I get a ugly strong taste on my soda like if it is dirty idk I can't explain it but its awful taste... I do like going there but its just that.. And what's up with the short white hair lady I think shes the manager looks like the employees dont like her lol

Whataburger. I know you are trying to skimp on cheap labor but you are an American company. You should at least require your workers to speak basic English. I couldn't get my order taken and i had to wait for Marilou (a manager) to get an employee to take my order. This is ridiculous. Id assume your hr process is diligent bit you are just scraping the bottom of the barrel with these ones. Your food is great but lately ive been getting wrong shit durnto miscommunication
Horrible service from the girl in the drive thru. Drinks were all sloppy without ice. And I didn't ask for no ice. And we ordered whatasized Large. Well the fries were in the large whatasized fries container but it was the portion of a medium fries. Whataburger corporate please do better!
Food was great. The staff member taking orders would benefit from working on listening to customers that give their order. After saying the whole order had to repeat again. Think he may have been distracted by the cute co- worker of his. Not sure or a generational thing not sure. 🤷 The lady was very pretty so there is that and I get it yet to repeat and confirm making it three times with a very dull stair at my buddy and I... Learning to respect customers could make a slight improvement. Other than that I really enjoyed my food. Hit the spot. 😁
