Every time I visit Wing Daddy’s and Chely is working her service is great. I also would like to include Amy the new manager. Amy approaches all the customers and asks if everything is ok.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life me and my friends were planning on eating wings after going to nidos and not only did they boot our car but they refused us service because this short “manager” who did not point us to the actual manager was mad at us parking there even though they were not closed yet and had an hour left of opening tbh I never would have thought this would have happened especially bc the friend I was with had her 21 birthday there and we go after nidos all the time. I would not bother parking there or eating there it’s not worth the hassle the service is terrible and the people who work there clearly take out their problems at the customers.

My car was booted despite me being a regular customer who usually goes to the bar next door then walks over to the restaurant so I dont have to drive after to be safe. Tried to speak to the manager calmly to sort out the issue and have it removed. Manager was very rude, accused me of being a liar and refused me service. Never coming here again and regret ever giving them my money.

I recently had an awful experience here. The manager refused service to me and my friends an hour before closing and called a towing company to tow my car away. 12/27/25. My friend was very polite to the manager but she was very rude throughout the entire interaction. I told her I am never coming here ever again and telling my friends and family to not either and the manager was completely fine with it.

Horrible service and food. The manager was not open to resolving the problem we had with our food. There were no customers, but I could not get service. Complaining with the manager did nothing. It was a middle aged woman. I will not return and I recommend everyone goes to the way better alternatives here in Laredo. I was also witness to the manager refusing service to a customer and towing their vehicle, so I wouldn't recommend using their lot.

Had a great experience with my buddies tonight staff was on point and food was delicious

We started with 3 waitresses and eventually got to 5 working. We waited over an hour to get food. The kicker, the guys had to go refill their own beers after empty glasses for more than 20min. We tiped but we really should NOT have. The manager is responsible for the food being late. The empty beer glasses on waitresses.
