I went to the store and ordered a 30 piece family classic, plus a triple chocolate brownie. They called that my order was ready, so I went to the counter, picked up my order, and left. At home, after we finished the wings, I asked my wife about the brownie. "What brownie?" They did not give me the brownie they charged me for. I phoned the store, and had to wait on hold for more than four minutes. They would not credit my card for the brownie unless I returned to the store, although if I would have ordered online, they would have credited the card.

This location specifically is OK It's not bad I suppose, BUT customer service could use A LOT of work. The wings are pretty good in most cases and the atmosphere is pretty cool. In the end, it's ok to go (Side topic- I didn't like that they had paper TOWELS instead of NAPKINS for the dine in, I feel like it's mandatory to have napkins you know?)

Ordered our food at 1:57 pm checked on it at 2:20 to be told 3 minutes left on it. Checked back at 236 for the cashier to ask me for a receipt. As she is telling me she is checking In on my order she reprints my receipt. I already knew my order wasn’t even made. Let alone with her set of rolling eyes. She tells me it’s gonna take a while for my order. I asked for a refund and the manager tells us they lost our order. How do you sit there at the front table from the register without being noticed! Horrible experience. Never ever again especially at this location.

I ordered online, my ranch was spilled all over inside the bag everything was filled with ranch my carrots had water all in the little basket i get they are probbably in water but there shouldnt be a puddle that big they didn’t care and just packed up my bag i didn’t even enojoy my food.

i ordered around 6 and idk if they have new hires but lately my orders have been greasy ik wings are greasy but i mean bitting the wing and oil just bursting out is not okay it’s disgusting they need to let the oil wash out better before saucing the wings i have gotten burnt corn,burnt wings , half of the fries burnt half are well cooked there’s always something off about what u order

Had a bad experience at this location got the tail ends of the fries and the chicken sandwich was a very small portion not as advertised and extremely overcooked corn also over cooked Called in to speak with store manager and I was informed that the manager on duty spoke only Spanish. I told her that I spoke Spanish as well and could talk to her. Nothing against people not speaking English but if you are a manager you should be able to speak both languages. She asked if I can take the order back to give us credit for what we ordered (which I did). She told me that I was not welcome to return to this location restaurant because I had to many complaints . Unfortunately management skills were not there much less courtesy she also complained that the returned food was incomplete obviously she didn’t realize we did taste the food and the portions we did consume and realized this needed to be reported there for we discarded them prior to returning the remaining food . We will take this matter a step further due to bring discriminating remarks and being belittled!

Ok so tried placing order online 30 minutes straight nothing worked. Called Bob Bullock location placed on hold right off bat. Advised lady that answered of not being able to place online order. Female that answered actually said that come to think about it, they hadn't gotten any online orders . She could take my order but when asked about FREE DELIVERY WEDNESDAY. BOOM PLACED ON HOLD SHE HAD TO ASK HER MANAGER WAITED 10 MINUTES ON BOTH CALLS TRYING TO PLACE LUNCH ORDER . Almost entire hour wasted on tht location They scam you outta free delivery Wednesday that's hilarious.

These chicken wings were extremely small not satisfied at all. Next time I'll order 30 for myself of they going to be frog legs.
