What’s the point of making an online order for a specific time if it’s not gonna be ready? I placed my order around 7pm to be ready for pickup at 9:15pm. I get there at 9:20pm and the lady tells me it’s not ready. I ask her why if I placed it ahead of time to be ready by now. She said there’s ppl in front of me. I understand that it gets busy and ppl order dine in as well, but how are you gonna push back the ordered that have a scheduled pickup time for walk ins? Plus the lady was rude. A simple “In sorry for the wait we are a little backed up but your order will be out shortly”. I’m tired and hungry after work hence the online order in advance, but this isn’t the first time and it’s getting annoying.

This place is awesome ! food will always come out cold and stale (after 45 min waiting) but if you ask them nicely they will remake it in 5 min or so, and will get your same food back :)
