Today I asked for an order by phone and since I know that they make a lot of mistakes when it comes to giving orders, I checked it there and I had ordered pure flats and they gave me mixed ones, I repeated the order several times and I told him to repeat it to me and even then I didn't want to waste any more time and so I left.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE AND DENIED TO DO MY ORDER. THEY HAD A SYSTEM PROBLEM WHEN PROCESSING MY ORDER THROUGH DOORDASH AND WHEN MY DASHER HEADED BACK TO PLACE IT PERSONALLY THE MANAGER SAID NO. THAT SHE DIDN'T CARE THAT SHE WASNT GOING TO PROCESS IT UNLESS DOORDASH CALLS HER. BUT MY DASHER HAD ALREADY MENTIONED TO HER THAT DOORDASH WAS GOING TO PAY FOR MY ORDER FOR ALL THE MISTAKES THAT WERE MADE ALONG THE WAY. Out of all the wingstops in Laredo, I highly recommend this one! I'll drive across town just to eat here. The food is delicious every time I go. The fries are amazing. 🤤🤤🤤 they told me 20min wait, but it was done before. Service is definitely better as well compared to other locations.

They put many boxes of wings that the bag ripped when we called to ask if they can be remade they said it wasn’t their fault and denied the bag could rip, saying it can hold 20 pounds. Crazy how they didn’t even want to own up to a bag ripping or apologize even with their long wait time.

If you are starving, I don't recommend this place because they take so long to serve your food. I understand they always have orders in front of you, but there had been times that they took over 35 min to give you the order.
So, if you are hungry but not that much you can go there, by the time they serve you, you'll be hungry.
