My sandwich (bbq) was severely overcooked. The edges were hard and burnt. The only thing that was good was the corn. My granddaughters sandwich (mango habanero) looked freshly made. Why the difference????? It's always one thing or another with you all.

look, i love wingstop. but when i DoorDash tell your fellow workers to know how to put the ranch in carefully and making sure you get the drinks right because im highly mad that i payed $13 bc of dashpass & not getting my 2 drinks especially when my ranch had spilled all over.

First time at a wing stop, and also last time.

Location is small, so small that people put together tables and when one person wants to get up, everyone including people from the other tables behind you have to move as well. It is also very loud that you can barely hear the person up front taking your order. Wings are small and extremely dry due to over cooking and burning. Pool of grease under wings, and wings were extremely salty making theme inedible. Facility was reather filty, and no trash can to throw your trash after eating. There was even a homless guy taking up the largest table, and would sometimes walk behind the counter to grab something, employees would not tell him nothing as if it something that normally happens. The entrance area could also use a good power washing. Horrible experience, awful food, overpriced selecrions, never again.

The manager is absolutely no help at all. Ordered food from delivery at 7pm and waited almost two hours and never received it. So I called wingstop to cancel my order and I even asked for a confirmation that it was canceled and they told me to call the next day to be sure. Two more hours pass by and I get a text that someone is delivering my food. I call super upset because they deliver it 4 hours after and I had already canceled and the manager tells me that she can’t refund me. And she doesn’t even know which worker I spoke to that was supposed to cancel it. Will be contacting corporate and will also advise that they hire someone that knows how to do their job. Not only was my food 4 hours late it wasn’t even fresh at all.
