“We ordered two pizzas today, while the national call center service was horrid once we got through to the Lavon location was great. Person that took our order was friendly, delivery driver went above and beyond by even bringing us our amazon package that was on porch. I see several bad reviews for this location, if they hire everyone like the two folks we encountered today that should go up. I will add if you live in Josephine best to call in order, issues with delivery boundaries.“

“I'm giving 5 Stars to Jillian and how she handled the incompetencies of her crew. I ordered my meal online, over $40, to be handed a bag with cold, old food and no utensils or condiments. Unfortunately, there were others whose orders were also messed up. There were also people who had been there well before me, that had not been greeted nor their order taken. I watched as Jillian single handedly rectified orders and handled disgruntled customers one order at a time. She was very sincere and apologetic when she was interacting with the us customers, I wish she had a better team. Keep up the great work Jillian, you're AMAZING!“

I put in the instructions that we had crazy dogs so please just leave the pizzas on the porch and we would grab them. Not only did they deliver our pizzas at exactly the right time, but they left dog treats with our pizzas. So fun and thoughtful!
