The lack of care and quality in one order is comical. A slip n slide pizza and wrong toppings on the other. Like what???😅 I’m so tired of this place. I can’t wait to have more than dominos in my area. I would rather eat a Honda civic than waste another dollar at this store. This isn’t the first time my order has been delivered like this but it will be the last. 😂 do better

We ordered two pizzas today, while the national call center service was horrid once we got through to the Lavon location was great. Person that took our order was friendly, delivery driver went above and beyond by even bringing us our amazon package that was on porch. I see several bad reviews for this location, if they hire everyone like the two folks we encountered today that should go up. I will add if you live in Josephine best to call in order, issues with delivery boundaries.

I live all the way in Farmersville but I happily drive the extra few minutes to come to this location instead of the one in Princeton. Employees at this location are always super friendly and the lobby is always really clean when I come inside to pick up my order. Customer service here is 10/10 as well as food accuracy and quality.

This has been our go to Dominos for a while . However, I would like to share my experience or more like what I noticed while picking up my food today. The gentleman working by the pizza oven was on his phone , when a pizza was ready he put his phone down on top of a pizza box ( the inside of it that will eventually carry and touch someone's pizza). He then proceeded to get back on his phone, walk around the corner with his phone. To say that is not only a safety issue, not good customer service, but worst off GROSS is an understatment. We have had really good experiences there, however after seeing this, we will not be back.

The drivers are always polite and courteous but why is it that I live 3 mins from this store and of the last (3) times I’ve ordered from here, somehow I can NEVER GET EVEN A LUKE WARM PIZZA. I get it, I could pick it up but I pay $5 for them to deliver it plus a tip and somehow, they can’t manage to deliver a decent warm pizza or sides that aren’t dry (cinnamon bites with zero cinnamon and sugar, I’m trying to scrape the bottom). Unfortunately, this is about the only place that delivers to this area. Please do better Domino’s

Very disappointed, this location used to be good but has gone to trash. Workers have gotten lazy, forgetting extra items ordered. Quality of food has diminished, and the serving size of pasta is substantially small

Just moved to this area, & I ordered Alfredo sauce with chicken & pine apple topping yesterday for friends & family. Everyone that ate the pizza got sick. I’m not sure exactly what inside the pizza caused everyone to get sick. But this would be the last time I will order from Domino’s (at least for a while)
Today I ordered cheese pizza looks terrible, tried to contact them the manager is very rude and poor customer care, they don’t care about customer only the taken away the money from you. It happens for the second time for me avoid this place.

I don’t generally have a negative experience here at dominos. The employees look like they work hard and diligently. However, tonight the pizza was not it. I wouldn’t have minded but this is for my kids and my husband. The taste was not good, I ordered two pizza both extra cheese and one with pepperoni. Barely any cheese and just inflated bread. I understand the holidays are here and you would rather be home. But still it’s our hard earned money and we got terrible pizza.
