The delivery driver set our food outside on the ground without even ringing our doorbell to notify our food had indeed arrived. So now our food is full of ants and not one person would answer the phone to correct the out right negligence with the employees to employer's. Just pure down right out of control with the breaking of health and food handlers to straight lack of either respect or common sense.

Update: I went into the store to try to get this corrected, mind you Domino's themselves already admitted fault because we received an email that says sorry we didn't get it right here's a coupon off your next order. I talked to the supposed shift manager who refused to give a name because he felt uncomfortable (I was level headed, no yelling or cussing). Would not remake the pizza because I had eaten a piece - I did want to try to grin and bear eating the pizza but ultimately decided that because this has happened multiple times I didn't want to just continue to eat - so I will be filing a complaint with the store.
We order here frequently and the service and quality of food has drastically gone downhill. I've tried calling in on my last 4 orders as they continue to get it wrong. Between them never answering the phone, the food always coming incorrectly, and clear disregard to provide good food/service I would not recommend this pizza place.

So l usually LOVE dominos but this one has been slipping pretty consistently. I paid for extra chicken in my pizzas and barely got any chicken….and then they didn’t even cut my pizza all the way. This location needs training from a G4 franchise, everyone not worrying about making the food right. It’s like it’s a high school hang out rather than a place of business. Also witness people on their phones while making food.

The lack of care and quality in one order is comical. A slip n slide pizza and wrong toppings on the other. Like what???😅 I’m so tired of this place. I can’t wait to have more than dominos in my area. I would rather eat a Honda civic than waste another dollar at this store. This isn’t the first time my order has been delivered like this but it will be the last. 😂 do better

We ordered two pizzas today, while the national call center service was horrid once we got through to the Lavon location was great. Person that took our order was friendly, delivery driver went above and beyond by even bringing us our amazon package that was on porch. I see several bad reviews for this location, if they hire everyone like the two folks we encountered today that should go up. I will add if you live in Josephine best to call in order, issues with delivery boundaries.
Most of the time it's all good but sometimes the card reader doesn't work and just so happens to me about every other time I go in there! I know it's not just me but damn!!!

I live all the way in Farmersville but I happily drive the extra few minutes to come to this location instead of the one in Princeton. Employees at this location are always super friendly and the lobby is always really clean when I come inside to pick up my order. Customer service here is 10/10 as well as food accuracy and quality.

This has been our go to Dominos for a while . However, I would like to share my experience or more like what I noticed while picking up my food today. The gentleman working by the pizza oven was on his phone , when a pizza was ready he put his phone down on top of a pizza box ( the inside of it that will eventually carry and touch someone's pizza). He then proceeded to get back on his phone, walk around the corner with his phone. To say that is not only a safety issue, not good customer service, but worst off GROSS is an understatment. We have had really good experiences there, however after seeing this, we will not be back.

The drivers are always polite and courteous but why is it that I live 3 mins from this store and of the last (3) times I’ve ordered from here, somehow I can NEVER GET EVEN A LUKE WARM PIZZA. I get it, I could pick it up but I pay $5 for them to deliver it plus a tip and somehow, they can’t manage to deliver a decent warm pizza or sides that aren’t dry (cinnamon bites with zero cinnamon and sugar, I’m trying to scrape the bottom). Unfortunately, this is about the only place that delivers to this area. Please do better Domino’s
