We did a mobile order a little after 8 and the employees didn’t even show up until 8:30 we had to wait for our food for an hour. They said if they refunded it it would take 5-10 business days. The last time they refunded us we never received the refund. This store is the worst of the worst. This store is poorly managed.Do no recommend unless you want to wait over an hour for you food and then they still forget items.

Long story short, I placed a $65 order thru the app, picked up and realized I was missing a burger the Hispanic male worker and the manager thought I was lying because the manager was SURE he packed everything! RIDICULOUS! I guess they expected for me to agree with them and loose $11 just because the manager was soooo Sure they packed everything in my order. HORRIBLE experience. Waste of time! Somebody went home happy with an extra free burger and I pretty much got accused of lying! I just wanted to rest and have an easy dinner for my family. Hopefully my review helps so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

came on halloween for corndog deal. tried to check in with app and it didn’t work so i called two times and they said i was checked in by then. 30 more minutes go by of me just waiting while every single person who came here after me gets their food. actually ridiculous and i’ve been sitting here for 40+ minutes for 6 corndogs and two drinks. employees are also very rude. sorry you had to work on halloween doesn’t mean you should take almost an hour for some food and two drinks to come out. placed the order at 4:19PM and it is 5:06PM i am still waiting here. this is horrible service!!

I was passing thru town, and I've been to this sonic before. It was pretty good, so I stopped by again. This time... they had excellent customer service, the wait time was great.. the food was fresh, and it just seemed alot more better than before. You can tell the management is doing an excellent job!!

Went to sonic in Lavon Texas this morning. I was the only car there and no one would ask for my order. Pressed red button and the two employees inside just ignored it. After about 5 minutes I left. Management really needs to do something about the poor help.

Apparently "light ice" means 1/2 inch from the top of the large cup instead of totally full of ice. How do I get a cup that is only 1/3 full of ice?
