This location is a hit or miss type. I’ve come here 3 times in the past 2 weeks and they either didn’t have ice cream or the machine was down.. sometimes the food is fresh and sometimes it appears old and reheated.. I guess it depends on who’s working on what you get.

I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and an order of cheddar peppers with ranch. Seems pretty simple, right? Well, I got a plain hamburger without cheese and without bacon, and cheddar peppers without ranch. My hamburger was barely warm also.

Worst place ever. Took so long to get food. Didn't bring any of the sauces asked for including marinara sauce for cheese sticks. Nobody answers the phone its like they know they did a bad job. Just fine another sonic this ain't it just horrible.

Been to this place 3 times, every time I order a Dr Pepper and a breakfast burrito. Now I’m not just an outsider who has no clue what’s going on in a sonic kitchen, as I used to be employed at a sonic that clearly held higher standards. Every single time I ordered a burrito from here the eggs were overcooked, covered in black gristle from the obviously very dirty and never scraped griddle, and extremely salty with a lack of cheese. Now since I have worked at a sonic I know that the potential these people have to make good food is very possible and achievable, but they just choose to slack at their job and presumably just try to “get through their shift”. Which is a horrible attitude to have as a worker and seeing the neighborhood behind the sonic I’m guessing it’s mostly entitled kids who are just trying to afford some v bucks or something. Now the carhops have always been respectful and kind and usually don’t forget anything, it’s just these cooks that so severely lack the mental fortitude to take pride in their job no matter what it is. At 9$ an hour I brought business to our sonic because of how good I did my job, I took attention to detail and made quality never burnt, never over or undercooked, and never something I wouldn’t make for myself food. The owner of this place needs to stop neglecting his business and start getting some employees that have a work ethic, oh, and all this terrible food yet the parking lot is empty every time I come here. So even when we’re the only ones here, it still comes out terrible, and not to save time. If it were to save time I guess I’d be like okay whatever, but it takes a good 25 minutes to get my one burrito… when I worked we had extreme rushes and nothing was ever out over 4 minutes (which I believe is sonic standard). Anyway, just wanted anyone who cared to see that this is probably not the place to order from. And to the owner, I don’t want a generic response to this review like “if you have any problems please contact blah blah blah”. Just take accountability and run your store like it should be ran.

I placed an order on the app tonight. When I finalized the order to pay, 7 out of the 8 items I ordered were unavailable! Apparently, you were out of chili! Really? On a day when chili dogs were your special offer! I've ordered before when you've been out of items. Frustrating!
