Very expensive food for what you get and tacos seem to have nothing in them nowadays. I can make huge tacos at home with meat from a carneceria for a lot less money than eating 6 to 8 of these empty ones for $2 each after tax. Service here is slow because they are short staffed.

I don't always come here but when i do, they messed up bad! I mean how hard can it be to put a Taco in the microwave? Seriously onion tacos?? This was beyond ridiculous & on purpose. All of my tacos were like this, if u hate your job u better look for something else.

Dining area is under 65 degrees, absolutely freezing. The front is never properly staffed, so expect to wait at least 10 minutes before you get helped. Enjoy waiting another 20 minutes for your food. Worst Taco Bell ever.. and that says a lot.

Got the Chicken Power Bowl with extra protein. There was barely any protein in it and it was not fresh. The black beans were basically a paste with crunchy bits in it. Seems like I got the scrapings off the pan.

Ordered soft chicken tacos with no cheese and got crispy beef tacos with extra cheese. Kinda like the cook did the opposite of what I ordered.

Got my order wrong twice, and then taco shells hard as hell, like very stale. Staff members acted like they were mad at me because they can't do their job right. Ended up throwing food away, never go back there.

This is the only Taco Bell they’re no longer gives you nachos and cheese with your combo. But I just came here yesterday and they did. So it’s interesting that Lucy the manager said that this change has happened for months. And in order to add the nacho chips and cheese it’s over three dollars? That’s crazy. I won’t be coming here again.
They do have the worst service and worest manager on site I spend more than 45 minutes to get no service at all

Updating my review. I've been a few more times since it open and quality has definitely gotten better. Today was a pick up order through the drive kinda large, we had no missing items and no issues with the customized items requested. Very pleased with the visits and service.
I never write reviews but this is the best Taco Bell experience ever. I stopped by on Aug 4th at around 3pm. Both the guys at the windows were so polite that I asked “How can people working at Taco Bell sound this happy.” I had spent the whole day skydiving on an empty stomach and was light headed and this is the first food establishment that appears on the drive home. I got a 5 layer burrito and it was actually a divine gift from god. Picture this: I open the wrapper to steam coming off, poor some Fire sauce on a corner and take a bite. My eyes glossed over from how fresh it tasted. And not even lying, they packed so much cheese sauce in that bad boy, it squirted out the side and hit the window of my car… the tortilla was literally melting in my mouth. This burrito made me picture a childhood meals made by my mother and I sighed because they couldn’t even compare to how magical this burrito was. That burrito could be a clinical cure for depression. And I think I will forever chase the high of that magical burrito.
