I am very dissatisfied with this restaurant. I scheduled to pick up to go food after working 12 hours at a certain time. After 20 minutes, I had to ask about the food, because no one informed me that it would be running behind. My issue with this is if you know a customer has waited this long past set time, and the to-gos are running behind, you should inform the people when they come in….maybe offer a drink while they wait.
