Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for two snow cones and finally left without them. It wasn’t even busy . The store is so poorly run and the staff couldn’t care less about their customers. Will not be returning.
All around fun and when I guess who was the owner was working just as hard as the rest of the crew, and still took time to make sure we got what we wanted right.
Took forever to get my order (two small snocones and one regular). I had to remind them to give me my third snocone. The ice was big and flaky, and my daughter's had large chunks of ice. There wasn't enough flavor syrup either. They are also having the window cashier ask for tips now with a tablet. I wouldn't mind tipping if I got what I paid for to begin with, but to pressure you by putting a tablet in your face is ridiculous. Might start getting snocones somewhere else.
