Stopped by march 25th around 7pm walked in we were greeted by a young male . Our family wanted to sample a few new flavors the male had no issues and proceeded to let us sample a skinny dark hair girl rudely comes in front of the male and seems annoyed by the fact we haven’t decided yet and then says “ is anybody ready to actually order “ whatever that means . We ate in the lobby and heard her walking around talking about how “ stressed “ she is so decided to cut the family time short , before heading out I wanted to order banana split to go so a blonde female began making my split . The rude dark haired girl tells me she will go ahead and cash me out I then told her if I could add another banana split and she told me “ what “ so i repeated myself . She makes my second banana split and rudely comes up to me and ask “ what flavor ice cream do you want “ I told her and then she comes back around and says “ do you what hot fudge or what “ I say yes hot fudge whip cream all of it ! Got my two banana splits the one the blonde girl made was nice and neat and hers was sloppy and all over the place ! Before I walked out I saw her walk to the back throwing her hands up as if she was talking mess . Bad day or not good customer service is important to keep . I spent over $50 on ice cream that me and my family couldn’t properly enjoy inside like we wanted to .

Ordered a birthday/thanksgiving cake. Although it tasted okay, it looked awful. Nothing like what they advertised. It was an embarrassing attempt. Here's a picture of what they advertised and what I actually received.

Daiquiri Ice is one of my wife's favorite sherbets since she was 15 and when we started dating.I'm not sure if that particular sherbet is seasonal but while we were in the League City area for a doctor appointment, my wife called around and found this location that had her fav flav. ?The young lady that waited on me was VERY pleasant and personable, even to the point of congratulating us on our 52 yr relationship.The only issue I had was the fact that this location did not make shakes/malts which was another item we wanted.We would definitely return to this location in League City for the fav flav and the kindness of this young lady who served us...??

Worst banana split we have ever had, only dribble of hot fudge and no other toppings!They need to learn how to make a good banana split! Will not go to this location again!

Bought an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The cake was super dry. I just moved down here a few months ago, but where I used to live, Baskin Robins’ cakes were not dry, and they frosted them with ice cream, not this whipped yucky stuff we got here. Also, I found plastic in my piece. Yes, a piece of plastic was in my ice cream cake. Gross!!!
My experience was not pleasant at all. The young lady with a blue hoodie was rude from the get go. When the container was empty she threw it on the floor. She broke the cone and tried to use her hand to switch cones. She was not attentive and if I had not corrected her my order would’ve been wrong. When I asked for a spoon instead of assisting after listening to my request she turned around and had another employee ask me what I needed. Will not be returning. Please vet your employees better.

Terrible service. I’ve went 2 times with my significant other and it’s so bad that it made me think about this review. 1. The ice cream taste old and The milk shake it taste like they jus poured milk into it without blending. 2. We waited 20+ minutes every time we go and while we wait there are a group of teens always talking and playing around tossing things which is very unprofessional. 4. No gloves on few employees which is very disturbing.Overall I’m very disappointed in the communication and lack of the customer service.I do not recommend going on Friday mid afternoon because that’s when they tend to do the worst.
