This restaurant is so loud. The food and service is very good, but the ambient noise level is ridiculous. It is toped off by the kitchen staff yelling orders at each other.
I had dinner at the League City, TX, location. I ordered the Santa Maria Tri-Tip dinner with a salad, baked potato, and coleslaw. The server returned and told us there was no coleslaw at 5:00 PM. My dinner arrived, and I never received my salad. When the server came to check on us, I asked where my corn muffin was. The potato was cold and would not melt the hard butter pad I placed on it. I also noticed that all the sauce bottles on the table were empty.

Soooo disappointed. We have been going to the League City Black Bear Diner for years. Food was good but The management has gone down hill fast. Wait staff were busting their butts today and the manager was wandering around totally ignoring the fact that they needed help. We waited 15 minutes at the counter to pay all the while 4 groups came in waiting to be seated.
