I was taking a break from a 6hr drive back home from San Antonio and stopped here to grab a bite to eat and recharge and the service was nothing short of amazing. My server, Rachel, was very nice and attentive and even had a short conversation with me about my trip! The manager, Bayley, also stopped by my table to check in on me and make sure everything was good and taken care of. I loved the pancakes and loved the eggs even more! The pancakes were so big I had to take it home! I would highly recommend any and everyone to visit this Black Bear Diner atleast once in their lifetime!

This restaurant is so loud. The food and service is very good, but the ambient noise level is ridiculous. It is toped off by the kitchen staff yelling orders at each other.

Big portions, very busy so had to wait.. but it is Father’s Day. Our server Lex took great care of us. Excellent job Lex!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Black Bear Diner in League City, where we were fortunate to have Lexx as our server. Lexx went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional from start to finish. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect.

Her warm personality, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate our requests made us feel truly valued as customers. She even took the time to check in on us multiple times, always with a smile and a positive attitude.

Lexx is an outstanding server, and we would absolutely return to Black Bear Diner specifically to request her as our server again. She truly elevated our experience and made us feel like family. Thank you, Lexx, for your dedication to exceptional service!

I’ve eaten here a few times now and Lex was my server the last go round. She was great! She checked in, was very nice, and made sure I enjoyed my breakfast! She most definitely got a nice tip!

First time eating at a Black Bear!!! We loved it......our server Lexx made our experience ever more awesome....
