Came here for dinner with the kids and some friends. The portions are big and the food was amazing! Love the atmosphere too. This place never disappoints! Oh and the wait staff is always really good with us too.

We noticed the receipt started at 18% tip and upward from there. We'd appreciate no suggested percentage but be able to calculate what we'd like to give. We realize we always do have a choice on what we'd like to share with exceptional service. Food, service and clean floors were A+!Thank you

We went to eat at thr black bear diner on a random Wednesday night. There were only 4 other ppl inside. The server was nice, service was ok, but the food was not good. With food costs rising, this is not how I want to spend my money for a dinner out.

The food was ok. We enjoyed coming here every week for breakfast, but lately, it has gone downhill. Our waitress never gave us a single refill. Our food sat up on the counter 10+ minutes,I first wrote this review about a year ago. Not much has changed. Food is ok still, but the service is lacking. We literally had the same waitress from he previous encounter, and she was the same. No smile or friendliness whatsoever.Dietary restrictions: They have a good selection of low calorie or dietary options.Parking: Parking lot has tight parking
This was our first time dining at Black Bear Diner and we were very impressed with the inside of the restaurant as well as the food choices. (There are a lot of choices to choose from.) Breakfast is served all day which is a plus for those that don't mind breakfast late in the afternoon or evening. I highly recommend this place for your next meal!

The food was delicious. They have a wide selection of food. It is a wonderful place for a group to go eat. They accommodate very well.The atmosphere is family oriented and has a small town diner feel (where all the local mature crowd gathers for breakfast) but can accommodate a lot of people. Our waitress took a while to take our order and even longer to give us our check but it may have been a one off. I will return.Kid-friendliness: It's definitely a place I would take my three girls (3, 6, 10 y/o).
