The burgers are generally good. Their customer service seriously needs work. They are blunt when answering. No one smiles. And, most of the time when I ask for a frozen Coke, they don't have any. I really need to look for another location.

The burger patty looked like it was growing barncles who named this place burger King if their burgers are gonna taste like someone grilled it over a dumpster and their fries taste like they have been behind the backseat of a hot car for 3 days this is why I prefer McDonald's

Manager was out and assistant manager was present. My order was never processed after our family waited 15 minutes for food that was not served. We show the receipt and repeated what we ordered. Within six additional minutes the family still did not get two orders of eight chicken nuggets. The fries were mixed with onion rings instead of having only French fries. I only received four nuggets because they would have to cook more and there would be a wait time…. Geez sorry for the inconvenience of wanting the nuggets and fries we specified. I tried to call Chris the manager but again he was not present. The assistant manager put my name on the board for the two eight piece nuggets but would need to see the receipt to make sure I was there on the 12 th. I am done with Burger King at the Bay Area/ 518 area.

930 a.m. sat at drive-thru for 5 minutes waiting to get order taken, found out only 1 employee working all stations. She was nice and apologized, but come on, League City is better than that.
I ordered a number one meal.the fry were old ,not even hot. This was on 10/23/24 about 11 pm. They weren't busy.. I c y they don't have any business.

Stay away from this from this BK. We purchased a LC cowboys fundraiser card that gives you a free whopper with a meal. The people at this location aren’t smart enough to know how to put it in the system so they wouldn’t honor it. They literally said the only manager that knows how to do that isn’t here so we can’t do it. Really, you can’t train your people how to honor a discount you give specific to your location that’s been out for months? Pathetic and lazy. Will not be getting my business anymore!!

I redeem my points on my order. So i order thru the app and had a free chicken sandwhich and 8piece chicken fry. When i pulled up at drive thru noone acknowledge or greeted me , i pulled up your old woman cashier insist the order online had my name and number but no charge,which i explain i redeem my points and then she claimed i hadnt paid ..obviously since i redeem my points . All she did was argue instead of listening.. the rudest old lady i ever met. She need retraining. I wasted my time and my gas just to be treat like crap and my points are tooken away for no food.
