Poor management, went in their around 8:10pm, didn’t receive my order close to 8:40pm, they didn’t give me the onion rings that I order, wouldn’t recommend going at night time there

I love BK but this time this location and the customer service and food sux. Original chicken sandwich was salty. The take ur order lady had a face that today was my day off and what do u want face.

I drove thru gave him a $20 and left realizing I didn't get my change. I ordered a Whopper Jr. meal and a Whopper Jr. Boy, did he get a big tip!! I'm really pissed!!

Ordered online and once I received the order there was several items missing so I called and had to call 4 times before someone finally answered and the guy was extremely rude and told me he was busy and that if I wanted them to replace the items to come back in half on hour. The point of ordering food is to eat it then, not when it's convenient for them to make it. Highly disappointed

We love Burger King but this will be my last trip to this location. This is the third time I have gotten home and missed half of our order. Went back to the restaurant and gave the lady at the counter my receipt and told her what I was missing. No urgency to get it right. I sat there for another 15 minutes to get the missing food. No apology. Got home and of course, it was wrong again. Called the restaurant to ask for the managers phone number and name. The person on the phone would not provide any phone number, told me she was a manger but could do nothing. Asked for her managers name, she said Javier but didn't know his last name??? Wow who doesn't know their line managers name and the fact that she was a manager… just wow. I asked again nicely and was hung up on. I don't know who trains these people or hires them but they need a major overhaul of employees. This place is a disgrace to league city. I can't even think of a business that is as bad. Looks like the other reviews thinks so as well but nothing is being done. Who is in charge here? I would recommend choosing the new McDonalds first.

Extremely rude employee. He refused to give me his name. I asked to speak to the manager so she knows who he is. He never apologized even after his manger was called. No customer deserves to be treated that way just to order a hamburger.

About three times in a row I’ve gone through and they said the shake machine is broke, it’s getting really annoying at this point
I came here after a long day and I have always came here with no problems but today I got a cheeseburger and I think to myself “hey it smells weird” so I look after taking BIG bites and there is mold .🤢( I most likely ate some too )

Always loved BK! But this location needs some major improvements. A 100+ degree day, so I drove through for a frozen drink..this was the 2nd time over 2 weeks they have no frozen drinks. My burger, the bun was burnt..not brown but burnt. I was only the 2nd car in line so it isn't that they are too busy. Sadly, although your right near my neighborhood, I'd rather drive a few more miles over to the Marina Bay Drive location before wasting money at this store.

I have to say the employee at this drive through was very good at her customer service. Its a shame I actually have one near me, but the service was not good. I chose to drive to this one, which Im glad I went to. The employee was patient and didnt have to rush through it. Still did everything on time.

Stopped by and ordered two double whoppers, one without lettuce and I got two single whoppers both with lettuce. I attach the receipt showing they knew what I ordered but failed to provide it. I tried to call back and nobody answered.
I guess it’s my fault because I did not check their work to make sure it’s accurate

Food was meh but the biggest part is the cashier server being racist to anyone remotely white looking, even pale Hispanics. Funny enough, the server, she was black. Gave nasty responses and glares at anyone not colored. I guess she sent out a message, definitely not going there again.

Terrible I don’t know the lady that works at night time, but she has a horrible attitude. She yells at you on the intercom when you get to the window food is not fresh. I had to hand my food back to get fresh food every time I go to this location at night time because of my work schedule I have to go through this with this Older Mexican or Indian lady. I’m not sure of her name but she is very rude.
