I went here today and ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with tapioca pearls and BBQ pork buns. The BBQ pork buns tasted a little dry and underseasoned but they werent fresh so it was understandable and it was ok because I was starving lol.The guy working was very kind and charismatic!!My problem is that their was a bug in my drink.I was walking around shopping, drinking my drink, and I got to the end. This is usually when theres a lot of boba left over so you just gotta eat them up. Well, I suck one up and begin chewing and I chew something as hard as a rock. I spit it out and look in my hand and its a little black bug, still wiggling around. I immediately threw away my drink.Nothing bad about the guy who served me, he was wonderful! Just please check your stock, there might be bugs in it.Don’t think Ill be coming back to this place but y’all were nice everytime I came in and I wish you well. ❤️

Every Sunday my wife and I enjoy a drink from here. The guy taking orders recognizes me and already knows what I want. That pretty good seeing as I go there once a week and he must interact with 1000's of customers between visits.

Came here today after an appointment.. around around 340 , ordered a house milk tea with boba, honey milk tea with boba and an strawberry and mango smoothie with boba .. 4:30 comes around and we still hadn't received our drinks .. while customers are coming in and getting there drinks right away .. maybe i just came on a bad day, but i wont be returning

Thai red milk tea is good and even chocolate milk tea. Although, some boba are half cooked.The first impression when my relatives and I came inside is that the interior and ambiance is not inviting and appealing. Need more comfy chairs for customers who wanted to hangout inside.Customer service is okay.The Teatime at Webster is still the best boba shop so far in this area.

Its a rip off most of the milk teas are just ICE! I had milky teas from other places before and its not like this.... dissapointed n I paid $6 each for these!
The milk tea boba was okay. A bit too sweet for me but also my fault for not asking about sweetness adjustments. The tapioca was a bit stale vs the chewy texture I'm used to. The egg pudding was good! Overall good to curb my boba craving
