Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat but went to use the restroom first. That’s when I should’ve turned around. I felt like I was at a 30 yr old gas station in the middle of nowhere. The only thing that was missing was a key from the gas station attendant to make sure I didn’t steal the toilet paper. Well, I sucked it up and ordered a chicken sandwich and it looked like it had been sitting there overnight waiting on some poor, hungry sucker. Needless to say, I left there hungry and with a UTI.

The guy who took my order with the car like screamed at me to move up when he was walking and I had a panic attack and talked me like. I was like in the military or something. I told him sorry I am anxious and tried to play it off and he said not my problem keep moving. Super rude and unprofessional

Love eating at chick fil a but coming into an empty dining room with crumbs all over the floor and not a clean table for my fiancé and me to sit. Luckily, I found wipes and was able to clean a table for us. I’d get it if they were short-staffed and maybe just had a rush, but management/ employees are standing around staring at the dirty dining room.

I wanted to order a few drinks for my wife and I so I ordered us Cherry coke on the mobile app. She went and picked it up, but once I took the first sip it was nothing but Carbonated water. We call the store and they confirmed the Cherry coke was out and that they will replace it. We requested a refund but they could not unless we were in store, since we had to go back anyways we asked if they could just remake it after replacing the syrup and they agreed. She goes back again and the exact same thing in one of the drinks (my wifes was okay) they clearly did not flush the line of bad coke. I understand mistakes happen but I called pointed out the issue and they still messed it up super annoying.

Side note: Wife is sick so she did not taste mine before coming home.

Food and service are McDonalds tier; orders come out incomplete or wrong 75% of the time, least friendly employees in the area, and vegetables are watery.
Better food, service, and order accuracy at Marina Bay, NASA, and 646 locations.

We took our class on a community based instruction field trip to this Chick-Fil-A to practice real word skills. To say their staff was amazing is an understatement. They were unbelievably patient and inclusive with the students while ordering and the dining experience. Megan was one of the order takers, and she pulled at my heart strings the entire time with her kind heart. Other amazing helpers included Sandra, Dylan, Travis, and Alex. Our school would not want to plan a CBI to any other fast food chain or location!

Curbside is ridiculously slow ,even when there is no one here.Takes 10-15 min for a curbside order when no one’s here in drive thru/in store.

Came in at 10:32am spoke to the driver through girl and asked her if she can ask if she had some left over breakfast items she said we stop serving at 10:30. She couldn't even bother to ask.

3/13/2025 8:19am whoever the girl at drive thru was very rude. I was making my order she kept adding stuff to my order and I didn't want. My order was simple, just one item. She wouldn't let scan my phone so I get the points. I haven't even pay, she said it was too late. I asked can I get points, she say I get from the receipt. Where are the points? Do I keep the receipt and whenever I redeem my points for something I got to show you my receipt

I spent $20 on food that I didn't want they have no grilled chicken .We spent 30 minutes getting here and now we can't eat because we are gluten free.. we ordered the.side salad which has almost no cheese ...on it very disappointed
