3/13/2025 8:19am whoever the girl at drive thru was very rude. I was making my order she kept adding stuff to my order and I didn't want. My order was simple, just one item. She wouldn't let scan my phone so I get the points. I haven't even pay, she said it was too late. I asked can I get points, she say I get from the receipt. Where are the points? Do I keep the receipt and whenever I redeem my points for something I got to show you my receipt

I spent $20 on food that I didn't want they have no grilled chicken .We spent 30 minutes getting here and now we can't eat because we are gluten free.. we ordered the.side salad which has almost no cheese ...on it very disappointed

I visited this restaurant recently and was charged for other meals that were not mine due to said kiosk terminal issues. I returned to the restaurant TWICE to resolve the issue, but only one discrepancy was fixed. I was refunded for one, but the second issue cost me 40 minutes of my time, during which I was given only assumptions and no resolution or refund. After this, I decided to stop pursuing the matter, but I want you to know that you’ve lost a frequent customer and his family who live less than a mile away.

I did not receive any compensation, such as a refund or a gift card, for the inconvenience caused. In contrast, I went to the Chick-fil-A at 1640 FM-646 N, League City, TX 77539, where I received excellent service, along with a military discount, in which you also don’t provide. As a result, my family and I will no longer visit the Chick-fil-A located at 2805 East League City Parkway.

How to turn a wonderful business model into a complete failure...
1. Change your waffle fry recipe but adding Pea starch making them tasteless and highly dangerous for people like my son who are deathly allergic to peas and other legumes without some much as a sign or notification of the change
2. Fail to inform your staff properly so when asked about the change they say they don't know and that they think that the company also added pea starch to the sandwich buns
3. Make people in the drive through deal with walk up order takers but don't equip them with a menu which totally defeats the purpose.

Used to be our family favorite, now we can't even go there for fear of an allergic reaction due to direct or indirect contact.

Wow, first to worst in record time. Not what I expect from a company that used to pride itself on customer-centricity. Off to Kane's!

Worst chic fil a I have ever visited. Roughly ten visits, I've had an issue 3 times 4 times.

-wrong size fruit cup, tried to get it corrected, charged me for an upgrade on their mistake. I raised a fuss, manager just corrected the employee over headset. Wouldn't budge on fixig their issue.
-Wrong size fruit cup, ignored it so I don't yell at someone.
- Wrong dressing for my cool wraps. X2
- Dude in drive through doesn't listen and lacks customer service. Takes my order and walks off today without starting of anything.
- No cool wraps premade. Had to wait about 15 minutes. That's not typical.

Hope this operator gets their act together. Opposite of what chic fil a is.

"My pleasure" or even "you're welcome" doesn't exist here.

The young man taking order in drive thru was very rude, and never spoke before he took my order. I actually forgot to let him know about my sauces, but he never asked me about it as well.. I’ve never experienced this type of service before at this location.

Walked in and waited at pickup counter for a while, long enough for several employees to walk past me, no one asked me if I was helped or needed help, manager Kai looked me in eye and ignored me, he passed me twice and started taking order from guy behind me. One of the shift leader tried to tell Kai that there was a problem but he ignores him as well... Yup that's your review

Yesterday I had came with a friend and ordered the pimento chicken sandwich, only to find out when I got home that it was a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I returned the next day and let the manager on duty know of the issue and they managed to fix it promptly and professionally, making sure my chicken sandwich was fresh and served with a smile. The pimento chicken sandwich is the main reason why I come to chick fil a and today will be my last hora due to my new dietary restrictions as I transition to vegetarian. and even though it was a small gesture of service recovery, it really meant a lot. I didn’t catch her name but she was a very pretty older lady with beautiful silver hair and kind eyes and once again I would just like to say thank you <3

We go to this Chick Fil A quite often. Sometimes we eat in and sometimes we use the drive thru. I have no complaints with the service when we dine in. It’s the drive thru that gives us problems. At least half the time there seems to be something wrong with our order and we don’t find it until we are home. Once my fires had only four fries in the container. Yesterday they forgot to put our fruit cup we had ordered in our bag. Many times they forget something we either ordered or asked for in condiments. Last night I tried to call the restaurant twice and no one answered the phone and again this morning there was no answer but leave a message and they will get back to me. So far no one has called. I’m very disappointed with this restaurant. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it tastes off. Last night my chicken sandwich was flat as a pancake and other times it’s thick and juicy. Prices have gone up and it’s just not worth what it used to be.

The gentlemen who took our order was the best part until he got our order wrong.....first my coke zero was not good so i just asked for a diet lemonade instead good thing im not diabetic causer they gave me a full sugar lemondade probably upset i asked for a different drink but for 40+ dollars for the order i wanted to enjoy it. We waited all year for the honey pimento sandwich and when we got home the fires were soggy and cold and so were the sandwiches we threw away our fries and heated up our sandwiches. This location is the worst one we've ever been too the one in Friendswood is the best!
