Yesterday I had came with a friend and ordered the pimento chicken sandwich, only to find out when I got home that it was a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I returned the next day and let the manager on duty know of the issue and they managed to fix it promptly and professionally, making sure my chicken sandwich was fresh and served with a smile. We go to this Chick Fil A quite often. Sometimes we eat in and sometimes we use the drive thru. I have no complaints with the service when we dine in. It’s the drive thru that gives us problems. At least half the time there seems to be something wrong with our order and we don’t find it until we are home. Once my fires had only four fries in the container.
