I went to Chicken Express recently to pick up dinner to have while on night shift, and was informed they were only taking cash payments. While initially an inconvenience, I decided to get cash from my bank down the road and went back to the restaurant to order food. It was one of the best meals I've had from there, and the staff was very kind and apologetic. I'll definitely be going back and will keep emergency cash on me next time in case their systems are down again.

We all have seen and read horror stories about the service one can expect at a fast food restaurant.... I am so very pleased to say you do not have to worry about that ever happening at this location of Chicken Express. - every single time I have gone there, the staff is so beyond courteous, the managers are always pleasant and friendly, and they're genuinely happy to have you in as a customer.

We stopped by Chicken Express today and left smiling! The team there really knows how to treat people right. When there was a little hiccup with our order, they didn’t just fix it — they made sure we felt genuinely cared for.
The manager was wonderful — she listened, smiled, and made us feel like we were regulars, even though it was our first visit. The place was spotless, the food was hot, and my kids couldn’t stop giggling at the cute chicken art on...
