We experienced horrible customer service!!! I took my mom and mother in law to drink coffee while my husband and I got a pedicure next door. They sat there for 50 minutes without anyone checking on them to see if they wanted a refill or would like to order anything else. My husband and I went after our pedicure so all 4 of us could have dinner there. I let the host know we wanted to order and he told me he would get someone to help us. We waited and no menu or server even though there weren’t many tables. I’m very upset at their disregard for the customers. We walked out and took our business elsewhere.

We came to this location for dinner with the family. We were never greeted after being seated. Another group was seated about 5-6 minutes afterwards and had their drink order taken within 1-2 minutes. We had to get up and leave. The hostess told us good night as we left even though we had only been there barely 10 minutes. We will never come here again!

My dad popped a bag in here and blamed it on me. Great food, great service, great time. Our server, Ms Gracie took really good care of us while cracking some jokes. She showed us her joe dirt halloween costume and told me to drink my water when I asked for my 3rd dr pepper. (Rightfully so) Overall, great experience, Ms Gracies contagious joy and care really made it a worthwhile experience.

Gracie at Chili’s ate and left no crumbs. Girl was on it with the refills, the apps came out quicker than my impulse decisions, and she kept the whole vibe fun and easy. Super friendly, super attentive, and honestly the best part of the whole visit. If you pull up to Chili’s, pray you get Gracie — she’s the real MVP. 🌶️💅✨

Actually we explained our repeated bad experience with Nasa location and decided to do the stretch and come down to fm 646 and we are happy we did. Food was hot and good and drinks were ice cold.
