Chipotle Mexican Grill

DoorDash guy here. One of my favorite cheap healthier meals as fitness and resistance training are very important to me. I have been ordering from them since the spring pretty regularly till recently. Healthy portions I always get double meat. Most of the time they will even hook you up. But for $30, this is such a small slap in the face. It looks nice. It’s tasty but a single serving of steak at best. This is like the third time in a row and likely the last time this is just too expensive and it feels like such a rip off right now and I’m still hungry and very disappointed and $30 broke.

This is my 3rd time at this location (just moved here end of Aug) and Nicole, the manager, has the BEST hospitality. Her team is very well routines and personable! One of the best Chipotle's I've ever been to. Always stocked with fresh food! Great job, guys!

I think something changed here in April or May 2025. Used to be really good, last few times we went there the serving size was much smaller and they missed a few things a couple times on our pickup order. We have been coming regularly here (once or more per week) since 2023 and we are now considering whether to keep going or not

We got this for dinner, brought it home and opened the kids meal to a small roach crawling out. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. 5/23/25

I definitely WILL NOT eat at this location again. The honey chicken was very bland, the vegetables were undercooked & bland. The tiny bag of chips that cost around $1.60 had eight chips in it, and I do mean eight. Those chips were so hard & stale, which made them hard to chew & actually cut the roof of my mouth. What a huge waste of $12.50 of my hard earned money. I have been to better Chipotle locations that actually have good, flavorful food. To top it off, you can't call & complain to a human or let them know something is wrong. I am highly disappointed.

Great food, the carnitas salad is delicious. Super service by friendly folks. Even nice pull through parking in back if you have a trailer or RV. Only negative points are for the single hole bathroom, seems inadequate for a place that seats 50 people. Had to wait in line to use the restroom. Still I'll be back, the food and atmosphere is worth it

The Brisket gave me diarrhea. It's hot and nasty and EXPENSIVE BRISKET! THE HIGHEST PRICE BRISKET IN THE HOUSTON AREA. 🤢

This chipotle location is closest to my home. So I occasionally visit, however, I am reminded every time why I shouldn't. I think they've progressively gotten worse. The portions are small and the meat is cold.

Most Chipotle's the employees are just ugh there but Jennifer Attended me very sweet, always with a smile didn't complain of me asking for more sauce Great attitude and customer service and She was very lovely as well great job
