I recently visited CiCi’s Pizza and I have to say, it tastes better than it used to. This location really impressed me. The pizza was fresh, hot, and they actually put a good amount of cheese on it. You can tell they’re not skimping like some places do.
Overall, this is hands down the best CiCi’s I’ve visited.
Everything tasted well-made and consistently stocked, and the value for the price is honestly hard to beat. For an affordable buffet, the quality was surprisingly good. This location definitely stands out and I’ll be coming back.

RUDE STAFF including female manager who wouldnt give name or number for corporate. They said they were busy and personal pizza would take 20 minutes because they do the buffet and online orders first. Not in order of who ordered first but buffet and online first. Watched them do buffet twice. Go up at 25 minutes and order wasnt even started. Employee at buffet was rude and manager was rude and talking about me in spanish. His surprise when I told him I speak spanish. Tried to talk to the manager and employee stood their listening whole time. Went back to my table and the same employee brought me my pizza and continued arguing with me at the table. I have been coming here for about 10 years and this place has went downhill. By their standards I could have ordered from the parking lot online and got my order faster and without all the rudeness. Needs to be better staff and managers should act like it and not try to be the staffs friend.

Took our kids in last night. They have a good selection, the salad bar was fresh. There was quite a few messy tables but other than that it is a great place to go when you have kids.

It has been years since I visited a CiCi's and somehow it got SO much worse. They were always out of everything. You could not get pasta or sauce at the same time, one was always out and by the time it was re ok laved the other was out. Low quality pizza made with no care. And just overall dirty feeling. I would rather skip a meal next time.

1. Drinking cup are stored in barrel that looks like trash can 2. Not variety of food 3. Dinning tables are not level on the ground,leaning on one side 4. No napkin on dining table.

for the past few years my son always chooses this as the place for his family and friends to celebrate his Birthday! We are always treated respectfully, the place is clean. Everyone is really considerate. I would totally recommend this facility

It’s been many past lives ago, to eat at a Cici’s, well Nancy felt the same way and we did it-stopped for lunch! It was $9 using AARP, and Nancy had $5 off for veterans. Now I’ve got to detox after having those crispy sugar topping cinnamon rolls. I am praying I’ll wake up in the morning ,,,, for my arteries survive! So yummy
