We went here over the weekend. My girl's favorite choice when it comes to pizza franchises and they happen to be super close to where she lives. We had a problem ordering the 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, 2 sides, and a 2 litter for $20 but luckily the guy over the phone did us a solid for us and ordered for us online, over the phone. That's makes it great for me, and we're definitely will be back.
Been ordering from this location for many years, lately their delivery service has been awful. About 3 weeks ago the pizza that I ordered was delivered like it was rolled down the stairs, it was all messed up in the box. I called and complained, and they gave me store credit. A week later I placed another order for a pizza, wings, and dessert, and after about an hour and a half of not showing up I opened the front door, and my order was there sitting in the floor all cold. The delivery driver did not knock on the door or rang the doorbell, they just placed it on the floor and left. I will never order again.

Ordered from this location for the last 3 years. And just recently they’ve had a 2+ hour wait. Won’t answer the phone so I literally drove there so I could see what the deal is. Offered no real explanation other than ask if I wanted to cancel. Last two times I’ve had to cancel my order because after an hour they haven’t even started on my order.

Terrible place. Go to the location off 528 and Bay Area . Up there, they get the order right. If you have to pick it up due to being stuck to the Main Street location delivery route, do so. You will not regret it. The Dominoes on Main lacks any regular ability to get your order right, just this past weekend we ordered again delivery from Main St and again they brought us food we didn't order and didn't bring an item we did order.

I gave 1 star because there was no option for zero stars! Horrible, Horrible service! I normally go there in person to pick up my order but I decided to have it delivered instead. Each time I get Domino's, something is wrong with my order. It's been awhile since I ordered from here so I decided to give it another try. I should have just ordered pizza from a different restaurant. My order was wrong when it was delivered. I called and complained and they said they would deliver it again. Well, it was delivered the 2nd time and it was STILL wrong! Went up there in person and they refused to remake it or give my money back. Also, the estimated delivery time was way off. It took over an hour for delivery. I will never order from this location again.

In shock! Rude delivery driver. I opened my door and said “hi , thank you “ but he just looked at me, handed me the pizza and walked off. I order from this dominoes on a monthly basis but idk what I’ll do now.
Carry out. First time to return since 2019.App worked properly (one of the reasons I gave up on the chain) and the pies were hot. Can’t go over three stars since it’s “sling em” out pizza as opposed to the massive difference in a wood fired. Still reasonable quality for something fast.

Since our family moved to Crosby last week, we have naturally ordered pizza more than once. This location is super efficient. They answer the phone, and the longest we have ever waited is 30min after placing the order.

How this can be considered pizza by anyone's standards, let alone food, is beyond me. Not sure how you can make a pepperoni pizza taste like vomit but somehow Domino's has figured it out.

My daughter likes Domino's gluten free pizza. It costs way more than another pizza place that the rest of us prefers and they add very little toppings. I ordered one with extra mushrooms, it wasn't much better. I went in to pick up a pizza, was a little early, so I went ahead and paid. I waited for a short time thinking that they would let me know when my pizza was ready or at least yell out my name. But they don't keep up with who is inside waiting. I looked up and saw that they had a screen to indicate when the customer's orders were ready and mine was ready. I got up to ask for my order, but had to wait for another person in front of me. Once that person was helped, the employee at the register walked off. There were about 10 people working, about half were actually doing something and the rest were waiting around. The person who took my payment was standing against the back wall. Meanwhile 2 other customers came in and the phone rang. An employee came to answer the phone and yelled for someone to come to the front. Nobody moved. Finally someone came to help and I gave my name. He went to look and couldn't find my order. Another employer came up, asked if I was helped, and I said Yes. But he walked off instead of helping the next customer. The employee who took my payment walked over, found my pizza and handed it to me. I checked to be sure it was correct and found the toppings to still be sparse despite ordering extra. The employee explained that they go by weight for toppings. That is a bad corporate business practice, not their fault, I understand. But, I was so frustrated at this point that I walked out without noticing that they didn't give me the dipping sauce that I had to pay extra for!

Never again for me, but if you dare to order from this Domino's, here's some free advice: A) Don't pre-tip; this is always my practice, but here it will ensure you are their last stop and your "25-35 minute" delivery will take over an hour; since they already have your money, what do they care? B) Don't add any extras (e.g. dipping cups, etc.) to your order; you will be charged for them but they won't arrive.
