10/10 recommend the hot chocolate! So good! This season is my favorite, I love grabbing a few cups and going to look at Christmas lights in neighborhoods that are at of my tax bracket:)

Ordered avocado toast, hashbrowns and strawberry smoothie in drive thru. Avocado toast was warm and good. Hashbrowns were hot, but could've been crispier. I loved the smoothie abs staff there were more flavor options! Will return to order more items. Cashier was kind also.

Ordered at the drive through. Was greeted with “What do you want “ I like your products, but you hire people and don’t train them right. Also, I get the avocado toast with the bacon on top. The bacon used to look like strips of bacon on my toast, now it looks like you dig the crumbs out of the bottom of the fryer and put it on top of the toast. Very disappointed with my visit this morning. Shamiri was the gal that took my order in the drive thru and gave me my food and drink. She doesn’t need to be running your drive thru. Hospitality should be number one, but I give this a negative one

I’m obsessed with this Dunkin‘ Donuts! Service is great, prices are phenomenal and I was able to get any size coffee with my points. They don’t guilt trip you about tipping when going through the drive through and the value is great. My son loves the donuts and I love the coffee. It’s a win win.

The sweetest staff. My boyfriend placed the wrong drink order on accident and the window employee was so sweet about making right even though it was our fault. She deserves the world and a raise.

This Dunkin is so hit or miss and it’s so sad cause it’s the closest of the two in the area. The iced coffee tastes different every time and is completely not drinkable at least once a week. The food is not always great either, the loaded hash-browns almost always have cold spots in them. When it’s good, it’s delicious but when it’s not, I have the throw it out. I have asked them to remake it a couple times but always get a ton of attitude when I do so I’ve stopped trying. I hope they can figure out how to make the food/drinks consistent and reliable.
Ordered a toasted bagel with butter to-go. There was so so much butter that when I took it out of the bag the butter poured out onto my desk! Luckily I didn't open it in the car. Never going back there again!
