I’m very unhappy with my cake. I gave them a picture of an old birthday photo so they could make the cake like in the picture. Instead, they put the picture on the cake. Looks nothing like in the picture.

I have been a loyal customer, ordering customized cakes from this bakery for over ten years. Originally, the quality under the first owner was excellent, and I understood when the management changed hands a few times. Typically, I’ve been very pleased with both the appearance and taste of their cakes. However, this time I am extremely disappointed. Despite confirming it multiple times, they misspelled my son’s name on the cake. Additionally, the size of the cake did not justify the price I paid. Regrettably, I won’t be returning.

I order half chocolate & half vanilla cake with strawberry feeling for my son's graduation and it was 2days before needing the cake. And they were so friendly and patient with me. And the cake was so moist and delicious ??? Thank y'all so much. Will def be ordering my cakes from here from now on.

Several years ago they were the best but I have used them about a year ago and again tonight. The cakes were not fresh and were so bad everyone wanted seconds of the H‑E‑B cake and threw away the Fiona cakes. We had Italian cream and Carrot cakes. $95 wasted. Never again.

Okay so let me just say my cake was amazing I ordered it with a picture and I told her what I wanted and she totally exceeded my expectations I will never order from another place my cake is beautiful it was perfectly priced if u want a cake of your dreams u would be crazy not too order from them I could write a book on how amazing they did I’m not from here I just moved her and was nervous too order anything but if your looking for something amazing GO HERE YOU WILL NOT BE Disappointed and the taste is amazing I wish they had more stars because 5 doesn’t do it justice

Fiona Bakery always comes through with special requests for custom cakes. For my daughter's birthday cake back in February, all I did just texted her a couple of images of how I wanted the cake to look. Frogs and lily pads. With only one-day advance notice and she was able to customize the cake for me.Then last week for my husband's birthday, I went to the bakery spoke with Jenna and another staff, and told them what I want. My husband is into photography so I figure I would surprise him with a Nikon camera cake. Nikon D850 is what my husband uses for his photography shoots. Both cakes were phenomenal, can't be more perfect than these.

I got a cake done for my wedding and I was massively disappointed. I was told that she would be able to do strawberry in between the layers which is the main reason I chose this bakery, but upon cutting into my cake at the reception myself, and everyone else, were surprised to see almost ZERO strawberries, especially when I had foolishly told everyone there would be strawberry layer in it. There couldn’t have been even one whole strawberry cut up into the layer. 95% of the people who got a slice got zero strawberries. Non existent. I wish that would have been communicated prior to me making this order because I explicitly explained what I was looking for and if I would have known this is what I was receiving, I certainly would have kept looking elsewhere, or even gone to Whole Foods to get one of their cakes that I know are delicious. It could have been more forgivable if the cake itself was good, but it wasn’t. It was so incredibly dry. It was the biggest disappointment of the night. My husband and I were so looking forward to having a delicious cake and I cannot believe how poorly it was executed. I literally went home and cut up my own fresh pack of strawberries to add into the cake because it wasn’t worth eating otherwise, but I didn’t want to just throw it away after spending all that money. I will never get a cake from here again. Clearly people have had good experiences here based on other reviews, but I would never trust this bakery with a special occasion cake again, or any cake for that matter. What was supposed to be a tasty cake for my wedding was pure disaster upon cutting into it :(

Ordered a graduation cake. I asked for something elegant and feminine. I sent my husband to pick it up and he didn't think to check it. I received nothing like I asked for. The cake also days "congratulation Liv" should have said "Congratulations Liz". They offered me a $10 refund or the option to drive all the way back to the bakery so they can fix it. The party was about to start and I had to serve a cake with the wrong name!!!!
