First Watch never disappoints, but what really made this visit stand out was Alejandra’s customer service. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She checked in at the right times, had a great attitude, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Arrived and was told there was a 15 minute wait..After 30 min...and several guests who arrived and checked in after us was seated before us, we checked on our place in line...The hostess said we were next. Then more people were seated in front of us..We went to check again and she said she was about to send us a text. NEVER RECEIVED IT...after 45 minutes or more with no text...she said well we will just seat you now. I asked to speak with a manager...she said he was busy and never communicated that we wanted to speak with him. She then said he will come to our table...He never did....Sooo. We sent our waiter (who was very nice)to get the manager. The manager proceeds to tell us that no one told him we requested to see him. We explained the situation of our arrival and wait time...And this is the kicker! He doubles down on agreeing that the hostess may have sat us behind others that arrived after us because his hostess don't go in order of arrival because they forget the order..He has to remind them to go in order of arrival:/..My response at that point was OK:/...... Our food is dropped off..we did not get everything we ordered but did not make a fuss because it was not on our ticket..The waiter was nice and funny, but MIA the whole time after he brought our drinks(Someone one else dropped off our food) Waiter shows back up after we sat there for about 10 minutes with our plates stacked on each other because we had been finished eating and gives us the ticket:( We paid and left...I was more dissapointed than mad...Horrible experience!
Extraordinary food!! Not to even mention that these restaurants are owned and operated by Veterans(Thank you for your service!) but the food selection and quality is top notch!! Millionaire bacon is a must try, for sure, but anything you get will be amazing! Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only was my server well versed on the menu and attentive(ask for Johnny) my table was also visited by a handful of other servers and the manager, all to make sure the experience was stellar!!
Highly, HIGHLY recommend, and bring your family and friends!!
