Hedrick's Catering & Events

Worked with Lisa for my wedding in Nov 2024 and was really glad I found her. We had specific preferences for our wedding cocktail hour and reception, and I was super satisfied that Lisa was able to make it happen while keeping within our budget! All of our guests enjoyed their food and the presentation!

However, I do think there were a few areas that could have been better -
1. Lisa has a small team, so communication was often more delayed than I would've liked. In the end, everything worked out, but it did give me some anxiety in the middle.
2. We had a total of 230 guests and although the food was yummy, service was slower than I would've liked. Our head tables were already done when the tables next to them had still yet to receive their meals.
3. Cake was not served as planned. Plan was to leave a slice of cake on each guest table after the dance floor opened. However, it seems like cake was only served if the guest was at the table. Thus, our guests who were on the dance floor from the beginning never tasted our cake since none were left at their seat. This was frustrating since many of our guests let us know they didn't get to try our cake.

I'm hoping they can address some of these issues for future brides, so they can have a better experience! Regardless, I still loved working with Lisa and am glad she was a part of my big day!

By far one of Houston’s best and finest! What a treat it was to have Hedrick Catering and Events cater my families recent reunion . I have done many promotions and been to many weddings and special events but Hedrick Catering and Events had my family absolutely loving every bite from the eclectic and delectable starters to the amazing desserts and the unforgettable main entrees. Every ingredient was fresh and the service attentive and knowledgeable.
Not to mention the fabulous Lisa Hedrick, who made every thing so much easier and seems like her special touch was her signature on everything served that day. You can tell through her passion of helping
me with the wine in which she was stellar in all decisions we made that day on cocktails and the wines served that day. And Lisa’s all around friendly aura and loving what she does makes her and Hedrick Catering and Events my choice for the next special occasion!

Lisa always adds unique details and special touches to her catering. The food is delicious and SO beautiful. Her staff is attentive and professional, can't recommend her enough!

Lisa and her team are absolutely PHENOMENAL! They provided the best services for a company grand opening that I was planning. The staff arrived early for set up and were on top of it the entire night. We had a custom menu created to fit our expectations, budget, and overall aesthetic for the event. After seeing Lisa’s pink burger and beautiful appetizer set up, we knew we had to have her! PLEASE, do yourself a favor and hire Lisa for your events, wedding, birthdays, etc. You will not be disappointed!

Lisa and her team were incredible. We had an event to raise money for the Nancy Owen’s breast cancer foundation and all of the bites were such a hit and so perfectly pink! Her staff is incredibly kind and hardworking!

I recently had a tasting for my upcoming wedding with Lisa Hedrick’s Catering. I payed for the tasting because I wanted the food, presentation, and customer service to align with my expectations. Boy did they ever! Top freaking notch service, presentation and service was experienced at the tasting. I was sold! She offered
to adjust the seasoning, taste, etc. but I didn’t need it. Her ability to do so was beyond my expectations but it wasn’t necessary. The potatos were potatoing- like, it was phenomenal. As a result we booked her for our wedding.

To be honest, I had a great feel for her after our initial conversation but you cant make some decisions based on feelings. I’m so looking forward to the wedding. She cooks like she is from the south and taught by a grandma and doesn’t sacrifice the presentation or experience.

We absolutely love working with Hedrick’s Catering. Her dishes are not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making each plate a work of art. The addition of stunning edible flowers truly sets her apart. We always recommend her for her consistent excellence and unique culinary touches. She's a delight to collaborate with and always adds a special touch to any event.
