I'm giving this establishment two stars, only because the food is really good. The service is awful and the owner is rude. I have been here many times, and I always hope they'll change but they never do. I'm not sure I'll ever go back, even though the food and restaurant itself is good and cute.

Small and quaint with cute tea house feel. Loved the mixed match chairs and china. Good food but felt a bit rushed. Staff not the friendliest but not rude either. Was reminded of closing time while I was enjoying my food. Will try again at an early time to see if it was just a bad day for server.

We have been coming to the Holly Berry for 15 years now. I like to make an afternoon of it, starting off with a yummy lunch and then shopping at all the nearby stores. The food is consistently delicious everytime. The decor is always charming and especially fun around holidays. The waitstaff have always been courteous and sweet. That being said, the restaurant is in a small cottage and there is not a ton of seating. They can get really busy on Saturday for lunch. When that happens, just order some more peach iced tea and enjoy the ambiance and some conversation in the meantime. We just love this place!

Wonderful ambiance. Lovely for a girls day. Quaint and lovely music for mothers, grandmothers and children. Food was excellent.

My wife took me here. I must say, I had a fantastic sandwich. Also, the sandwich comes with soup, veggie strips and a desert. Everything was great, service included. We'll be back again.

The vibe here is perfect. A cottage core dream with great food and tea to match. I can't ask for a better tea shop for a lunchtime snack!

The place is tiny but warm. It is cute. It has a very ancient English decor and everything is very thematic. The food is good, but OVERPRICED. Me and my friend ordered walnut plum (?) salad and chicken salad with vanilla lemonade, and two tea. I don't remember the flavours. The tea was dilute but the salad tasted great.I cannot find a way to add pictures, but I took a very aesthetically pleasing picture of my food.

Owner VERY, VERY RUDE. Apparently we were the first group to ask to add 1 more to a previously made reservation. Owner extremely annoyed, but accommodated us. After collecting checks and any TIPS, she told us we needed to leave as she had another reservation for this table. Not a nice place to enjoy
