One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Seems every time I try and give them another chance, it just gets worse. Asked an employee why the prices online were different than in person and she had no idea. Orders get messed up, drinks are flat, customer service just isn’t there

The service was great. I visited the drive through on 2/21/2025 around. 3:10-3:15 pm Food I was not happy. I drove off tried a fry and they tasted like old grease and were cold. I went back and the drive through guy was very nice. I ordered the smash burger which I order frequently so I know how it it supposed to look. I ordered it with no onions. I bit into it all to find onions which I am allergic too. I was not provided a receipt. I could not eat the burger which also was not by any means a smash burger it was a regular burger that thru through the sauce on. The waffle fries I ordered were undercooked and multiple burnt pieces of something not sure. I tried calling several times and no one answered and the voicemail was full.

Absolutely insane! I placed a mobile order last night to be picked up in the drivethru. The app said the order would be ready at 10:40. I didn't receive my food until 11:20!!! 40 minutes I sat in the line! And since the app doesn't allow you to cancel orders I had to sit and wait. On top of that I ended up getting someone else's order. Wasn't going to sit in line for another 40 minutes to get it fixed. Either hire more people or close the store. By far the worst location in the area

Worst jack in the box, lines are not long but the wait is. Min. Wait is 30-40 minutes in the drive thru. If I went to a steak house, I can guarantee I would get my entree faster. They should either shut down during night or hire better staff or add more employees. My advice is just stay away.

Medium portion Hi-C Fruit Punch in a large cup. Don’t want any spills now! It was filled up to about 1 1/2” from the top. Food was very fresh. They were busy.

Wow, what an experience we had tonight. A bunch of disrespectful kids were on shift, ended up leaving because i didn’t feel safe them making my food. I came here a lot especially for late night cravings but i’m done with this location. Management’s sloppiness let this happen and it cost them losing a customer. Do better.

Kid-friendliness: We were on our way to go see the Astros play employees were so awesome they went out the way for my grandkids and my grandkids really enjoyed that night and yeah the Astros won that night
